Initially I wasn’t sure about this, but the more I thought about it the more I agreed - no matter whether we get a chance to make it to the hairdressers or our hair is a mess, if we say loving things to ourselves whenever we can it doesn’t matter what we do. ⁠

So I hope this week you practice Self-Kindness, which is really the best form of Self-Care, because you can do it any time! 💖⁠

  • Things that you can call "Self Care" :
1- Staying alone at home to enjoy some "me" time. 
2- Binge watching your favorite movie/show.
3- Going for a walk all by yourself.
4- Skipping plans for once. 
5 - Learning something new. 
6 - Taking a decision for yourself. 
7 - Opening up about your thoughts.
8 - Sharing your feelings and trying not to bottle them up anymore.
9 - Letting go of friends/people who you no longer vibe with.
10 - Reading a new book or your old book.
11 - Dressing up and posing for pictures. 
12 - Giving yourself a pep talk. 
13 - Writing down your emotions.
14 - Taking care of someone else. 
15 - Spending time with kids/dogs/cats and not grown up adults. 
16 - Going for a ride/drive. 
17 - Listening some good music. 
18 - Talking to your parents/grand parents/ Siblings for real, like having a conversation.
19 - Going out with friends who you really enjoy being with. 
20 - Sipping some Tea/Coffee while looking at the rains with "zara zara" playing in the background.
21 - Having a long call with a friend you haven't spoken to for months.
22 - Volunteering for a cause you believe in.
Self care is not just limited to, going for a spa or gym or solo trips. 
Self care includes everything that will bring you joy. No matter how short lived that moment of joy is, do it if it makes you happy. 
From, keeping your ego aside and meeting that one special person to going to play football with your friends everything is a part of "Self care." Also, self care is not something you do while you're feeling low or sad, self care needs to be a part of your normal life. This will help you recharge your batteries everyday so you don't get drained easily and eventually don't shut down abruptly.

  • Bermasalah dengan bintik hitam diwajah? 
Ternyata penyebabnya bukan cuma usia loh, tapi bisa jadi hal-hal sederhana yang ada di sekitar kita .

1. Paparan sinar UV 
Paparan sinar UV yang berlebihan bisa jadi penyebab utama dari munculnya bintik hitam loh, jangan lupa gunakan sunscreen setiap bepergian keluar rumah yaaa.... .

2. Bekas jerawat 
Bekas jerawat seringkali berakhir menjadi bintik hitam diwajah, nah hindari memencet jerawat agar tidak meninggalkan bekas yaaa sis .

3. Polusi udara
