Un nouveau sujet chaque semaine pour vous aider dans votre quotidien 🤗
Aujourd’hui j’avais envie de vous parler sommeil 😴 (Oui en voyant la pleine lune dehors ça m’a inspiré 😄).
Votre sommeil est vraiment important, que ce soit dans votre vie en général mais tout autant dans votre vie sportive pour atteindre vos objectifs.
👁‍🗨5 signes qui  montrent que vos habitudes de sommeil ne sont pas optimale :
🧠 Votre cerveau n’est pas au top et vous pouvez perdre parfois la mémoire.
😠 Vous êtes facilement de mauvaise humeur.
🤒 Vous tombez facilement et souvent malade
📈Vous prenez facilement du poids.
🙅🏻‍♂️ Vos entraînements vous paraissent trop durs.

Il est souvent recommandé de dormir 7 à 9h par nuit (perso il me faut minimum 8h pour être en forme🙈) et même si parfois le sommeil peine à arriver, pas de panique il est toujours possible de suivre quelques tips pour optimiser un maximum ses heures de sommeils 😇:
1-Un peu de sport dans la journée vous sera bénéfique.
2-Ne buvez pas trop d’eau avant de vous endormir sinon ce sera aller/retour pipi pendant la nuit 😅
3-Éteignez tous les appareils électroniques 30min avant d’aller au lit.
4-Se détendre un maximum (pratiquer du yoga, stretching, méditation, lecture, prendre une douche ou un bain chaud, être au calme un maximum. 
Et si vous avez beaucoup de choses en tête 💬(ce qui m’arrive souvent 😏), mettez tout sur papier pour évitez d’y penser ça retardera souvent votre endormissement.
5-Éviter de trop chauffer votre chambre, 19• serait parfait (perso à 18-19• moi c’est le mieux🙃)
6-Essayez d’avoir le minimum de lumière dans la pièce. Volets, rideaux, éteindre tout appareils pouvant perturber votre nuit. 
Alors et toi as tu des astuces supplémentaires à partager? As-tu des soucis à dormir? ☺️

  • I've worked around models for some time and learned a bit about photography along the way and I'm telling you that trying to look 'natural' is actually quite challenging . Forget about being cool...that's the next level of modeling hehe
I'm just trying to hold my breath in to show off my well structured cheek/jaw bones 😂😂😂 This is super silly to most people but if you like photography and are actually working to better your game then you understand what I'm saying. It takes very little to make photo either super random or a super dope IG  worthy pic! .

  • #TBT | 6.14am 04.09.19 ~ Taking time out to address my chronic Anxiety that had intensified over the previous 6 weeks after it resurfaced 18 months prior:
“The familiar all-encompassing feeling that my skin is suffocatingly too tight for my body has returned - commanding my attention as it sears its way through my chest, its steady rhythm building to an ominous crescendo, the reverberation ricocheting between my ears clutching my throat in a vice like grip.” .

Feeling immensely grateful today to have navigated my way through this difficult period. I know when I took this pic, I was unable to fully appreciate the beautiful morning light.

It’s no coincidence having just clocked up my 50th class, that learning yoga has unquestionably played a vital role in recalibrating my equilibrium.  My primary focus back then was to address my mental health, secondary was to improve my physical wellbeing (having also experienced 9 months of chronic pain and loss of mobility). Starting yoga has helped with both.

By stopping, resting and creating space to get well without a time limit enabled the healing process to occur surprisingly quickly. When this pic was taken, I’d never have envisaged that I’d feel so well in a mere 7 weeks.
Serendipity and timing too, have played their role - I feel incredibly blessed to have found a new beautiful and peaceful space to work from, to do what I love.

While I’ve realised over the past few months that the chronic Anxiety I’ve experienced for 30 years will always be part of my life, in emerging from the darkness, it has made the light that has since beamed my way even brighter 🙏🏼✨🙏🏼. .
