Is there any better feeling than knowing you got the Slow Cooker on before School Dropoff? For me, probably only bettered by my ability to shamelessly position my Botanic Ring in photo. 👍🥦🥕💎 #winning

Three years ago today I coached my first real OTF class! 🧡🍊🤘🏻
As it came around this year all I can think about is how far I’ve come as a coach and more importantly as a person. This job has allowed me to grow so much in the studio and out, work for and with the best people around, and form special relationships with members. I walk in and out of the studio almost every day but it’s not until I sit back and think of everything the past 3 years has brought can I really understand the impact @orangetheory has had on me. I’m part of the best family around. Thank you to everyone who has brought joy to my life under these orange lights! #otf#morelife#otfcoach#anniversary#sentimental#joblove#fitfam

New Arrival: this beautiful, well-made, and large sized sterling silver octagonal locket was made in the Art Deco period. It has clean stripes as the background -- a typical in Art Deco Locket jewelry design. The upper right corner has a crest-shaped space with an artistic "B" monogram. The back remains perfectly clean. The locket opens to reveal two compartments.
It is hung on a 32" sterling silver pearl chain, which appears to be original to the locket. The chain is connected to the locket through an old style thumb clasp. Truly special!
Measurement of the locket: 1 & 9/16 inches (without the bale and jump ring) across, which makes it a relatively large size locket.
Maker: W&H Co in a heart, stands for the Wightman and Hough Company. THis company was in business from 1856-1922. A well-known gold filled, sterling, and gold locket jewelry maker.
Total weight with chain: arppox. 25 grams; Locket Weight: approx. 19.2 grams (quite heavy!) Price: $178 plus shipping. Don't miss out on this unusual piece!
First decoration at our new shop, going to take sometime to dial it all in, but you got to start somewhere! This pump means a lot to me. About 13 years ago I met a gentleman at the @portlandswapmeet and I had 7 pumps there for sale. He bought one, and said he had to figure out how to get it home. I said were do you live he said Salem, I’m like perfect, I’ll just bring it back home with me, and you can come pick it up there. We been friends for 13 years now. He is moving to San Diego next year, and he restored the pump I sold him, and he had this one he wasn’t going to take, but he said I could buy either, the restored one or this one, he wanted to keep the restored one deep down because that’s how we met, so I said I will take this one, so we have that connection still, I sold him a pump and he sold me a pump, funny how friendships are made over some old gas pump! #bennettgaspump#sentimental#gaskpump#vintagegasstation#oldpump#carsandcoffee#carsofinstagram#bestoftheday#goodfriends#friends

TRIBUTE TO MY RIDE OR DIE:
I thought today I’d be saying “good riddance”, but instead I’m feeling extremely sentimental. 13 years and 254,760 kms later, the Yaris and I have finally parted ways. It really feels like the end of an era. This car literally got me through LIFE. It got me through undergrad, law school and my adulthood. In recent years, I drove back and forth between Toronto and Windsor weekly and sometimes even twice a week. This car enabled me to do that. When the AC stopped working it was a great excuse to drive with the windows down with my music was blasting like a douche. Of course, listening to the radio and the same CDs 💿 over and over got old real quick but it was what it was. This car kept me safe and it gave me so much freedom. It allowed me to be independent at a young age, and be that friend who could offer rides or drive to see my friends so we could still chill without it being a huge mission 🚫🚍. This car allowed me to bring my first dog, Jasmine (RIP❤️), with me to undergrad and first year of law school. This car gave Ella countless (muddy) dog park visits.🐶🐶 (Crazy how much dog fur this car has seen 😱) Although this car was sitting dead in my garage for the last number of months, it’s so sad 💔 and weird 😢to see it gone. Every scratch and dent came with an unforgettable memory😂. I really wish I could’ve done one final McDonald’s drive-through, but let’s be real there’s probably still some old fries hiding in there🍟. Yaris, thank you for being SO great to me. Thank you for all of the memories, the adventures, the road trips🚘, the embarrassing moments 🤦🏽♀️, the life saving moments, the hang out 💨 sessions and EVERYTHING in between. Thanks for taking me anywhere and everywhere my heart desired over the last 13 years.💕 Thanks to my parents for what became the best gift ever.🙏🏽 Hope by donating you to the Kidney Foundation Car Drive ⚙️you continue to help others like you’ve helped me. Never ever thought I’d say this, but I love you Yaris!!! I hope you turn into a transformer! 🚗🤖🚒 #forevergrateful#yaris#endofanera#2006#2007yaris#toyota#firstcar#sentimental#sad#toughday#nostalgic#memories#kidneycardrive#donate#sigh#allthefeels
THE FIRST LOOK. Something major happened this Saturday morning 👶!! Dr. Wong became an auntie to this precious baby girl ❤️! So proud of my sister that I just had to share this moment 😭. My heart is so full of love, I can’t believe how much you can care for someone you just met.
I remember when my sister asked me to pass her glasses because obviously, this is a moment where you want to take in every detail. Being in the delivery room and witnessing this miracle has reinforced my vision for opt. I started opt clinic with the goal of stopping preventable blindness. Now more than ever, I want to help people take care of their vision. So please, never miss a moment, take care of your eyes!
The Mr Ring is here to help you remember your loved ones, best friends, and experiences; create your own personalized ring that only you and significant others share. This will be a ring that has more meaning than any other ring, because it has emotions, love, and memories tied in. .
All the rings that you see were made from articles of clothing, such as socks (clean!!), ties, and pants!
Our goal is to help people remember their loved ones. We have all had someone we love pass away, and we keep a piece of them with us, like a shirt for example. We have the dilemma of keeping it, and though you’re not going to use it, you can’t seem to bring yourself to throw it away because you don’t want to feel guilty. We have it figured out! You can send us the piece, we make into a ring, and send it back! That way you always have a piece of them close with you always.
DM for questions or you can go to our website TheMRRing.com to order now! Order within the next 7 days and get $50 off your purchase with the code MISSYOU. This special ends on April 1st, act now to get it!
I’ve never been a big jewelry person. I wear the same earrings, necklace and rings each day. So when my grandparents got me a 💍 as a wedding present I didn’t know what to do with it because I already had my engagement ring. So it’s been sitting in the jewelry box for about 5 years now 😅 Thanks to my new awesome friend Grace, she helped me turn it into a necklace and added an O for Oliver. I love it so much! 💙
