Ever since I started grocery shopping at Aldi, my savings account increased..I also stick to my shopping budget!

Of course I'm not telling you guys that you have to shop at Aldi now but if you haven't been, go down to your local Aldi store and see for yourself.

I find that the quality of the foods are the same as Coles and Woolies but the prices are just a few cents or even dollars cheaper! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Частые вопросы людей на «традиционном» типе питания: «Чем же питаются вегетарианцы?», «Это наверное дорого быть вегетарианцем?»🤷🏻‍♀️ (при том, что мяско и колбаска стоят в два раза дороже средней цены продукта из моей корзины🙃). Но исчерпывающе ответить на эти вопросы можно, показав список продуктов питания🥣😊

📝 Итак, список продуктов, которые есть у нас дома круглый год:

🍚крупы: зелёная и жаренная (обычная) гречка; рис шлифованный и нешлифованный (дикий, коричневый); пшено; овсянка
🍛бобовые: фасоль; нут; чечевица
🍅овощи: помидоры; свекла; морковь; картофель; лук; чеснок; квашеная капуста; имбирь; тыква; сельдерей
🌱зелень: шпинат; петрушка; укроп; руккола; айсберг
🍋фрукты: апельсины; лимоны; бананы; яблоки; авокадо; сушенные финики; замороженные ягоды

  • I had to share a funny experience  with everyone.  We use Alexa for our shopping list (love it - no more trying to read my husband's writing), but once in awhile it is weird.  I was checking store list today and noticed Tomatoes to an action movie so I was trying to get ahold of Robert to find out what that is.  He had no idea and he was trying  to remember.   • I had to share a funny experience with everyone. We use Alexa for our shopping list (love it - no more trying to read my husband's writing), but once in awhile it is weird. I was checking store list today and noticed Tomatoes to an action movie so I was trying to get ahold of Robert to find out what that is. He had no idea and he was trying to remember.   • 🥝 TEA 🥝 How much tea is too much tea? Some say it’s 2 cups a day, some say the limit does not exist (mean girls style).
