I received quite a lot messages about how I wake up🌞at 5️⃣ am. Truth is surprisingly not that healthy. I am very aware of the fact that we need 7 to 8 hours of sleep, but genetically I am an early riser and working till late, my body got used to 4 to 5 hours of sleep in the summer. It may sound crazy to you, but waking up that early, actually gives me the “me time” I struggle to find during the busy holiday months. We all have the same amount of time each and every single day, it’s all about priorities and decisions to be positive, even in your low times. And when you have a “success-based” morning routine, you are halfway down the road of accomplishing goals for your day. Are you a night owl🦉or early bird🕊?
Only thing to think about in the mornings now is what to do with all my extra time since coming across the best styling tool EVER!!
