EXERCISE 1: 💥V-BAR Cablecurl 3 sets x 12 reps
As I am still currently BULKING I have to keep my cardio to the minimum to ensure that I have enough calories for growth. I stick with no more than 15 minutes of cardio per day. Here is why you should still do some cardio even when BULKING:
1- Speeds up metabolism. You can consume more food during the day.
2- Ensures that you don’t store too much fat during the bulk.
Shout out to all of you that refuse to accept your teenage years as the peak of your physicality. Who wants to guess what my max bench press was with that concave chest of mine on the left. @mountaindog1 himself saw this photo and referred to it as an inverted spoon chest.
