Chilli taco boats for lunch 🌶🌮🤤 My @oldelpaso stand n stuff tacos (3.5 syns each) lost a little bit of their shape in the oven but they were still just as good. I defrosted some chilli I made earlier in the week, filled the boats up with it and sprinkled 40g of mixed cheese on top. Popped in the oven for 5 minutes (or until cheese melted) and paired with lots of speed. I was stuffed after the first one but I need filling up before my shift tonight 👏🏻
⭐️ SELF-CARE SATURDAY ⭐️ This is the first time in weeks I’ve had a moment to breath on my own. I’ve been feeling super overwhelmed, stressed and tired lately, which has been leaving me in a pretty low mood. I guess I’ve struggled with the transition of going into my final year at university, whilst balancing my other commitments, family and work all at the same time. It’s hard to keep my chin up and persevere when I’m not getting the time for myself 😔 So I’ve cleared my schedules as much as possible, and I’m committing to having more me-time. After class today (thankfully only gained +1lb after two weeks on-plan/off-plan), I decided enough was enough and went for a walk around my favourite woods to get some fresh air with my PSL from Starbucks. I’m already feeling slightly better and more relaxed. It was so refreshing to see the colour changes in the trees, leaves fallen all around me and listening to nature. Onwards and upwards from here 🎃🍁🍂🧡
T O A S T I E - John kindly made me a cheese toastie for lunch using my 2xHEB ( #targetmemberperks ) and my HEA for 70g of @eatlean protein cheese ( #gifted ) which I can confirm melts brilliantly. I also polished off the biscuit and raisin @sarahscreativekitchen discs I started at breakfast (3 syns each) and an apple.
