L U N C H - I was out for lunch today and I’m only just feeling well enough to eat so I went for a lamb kofta with chips and red cabbage followed by a mousse with honeycomb and passionfruit. It was nice but I’m not too sure my stomach was ready for it but I was determined to try and enjoy today. A family bout of food poisoning wasn’t exactly how I planned on spending half term but anyway. It’s 7pm and for the second night in a row I’m already in bed.
Sometimes I forget how far I’ve come so the little gains I’ve had recently and the couple of weeks I’ve been away from group really aren’t as bad as I build them up to be in my head! Yes to the size 10 slinky dresses and buhbye to the jumper of squishy nightmares 🤣
