10 pound lighter .
It’s looking back at pictures like this that keep me motivated!! I was only short of crying when I tried this dress on in October for a night out in Miami! I just didn feel comfortable, I just felt tired , sluggish and bloated ! I literally took this photo and changed into something else .... after this trip I decided I was gonna get a personal trainer after Xmas .. and that I did!I wore this same dress out Sunday night and the feeling of the dress been loose was amazing!! 15 pounds lost to date ...... another 15 to go 😍😊💪🏼
Post run survival kit, and yeah I wish it was Estrella in that glass instead of water 😫🍺 3.75miles done, wish I could have done more but the heat was getting to my head. Maybe having a running partner would push me a bit further, feel like I’ve needed a nudge lately.
Super duper happy with that! I was so good Mon - Fri day so the weekend hasn’t ruined what I’ve already lost. 👍🏻
I’ve had a great weekend and I’ve just enjoyed myself. So now I can draw a line under it and get back to the weight loss! 💪🏻
I haven’t posted much of my meals this week because they’ve either been things I’ve already posted, nothing too interesting or completely off plan! 🙈
I forgot to post my lunch because 1) it was so amazing I couldn’t put down my fork, and 2) double bank holiday means a really busy first day back at work!
This lunch was actually amazing though and it has really reminded me why I should batch cook at a weekend! I know i’m a broken record when it comes to batch cooking, but I swear by it! The only weeks I’ve done really well at weigh in and managed to stick to plan 100% is when I prepare myself for the week ahead!
Project comeback started today! So ready for this (minus Thursday’s weigh in cos let’s be honest, even if I was 100% until then Easter weekend has well and truly fucked me over 👼🏽)
🍦 in the garden 🐰 been quite in control and balanced with my eating over the easter weekend & it feels good 💕🤪 my proper routine resumes tomorrow as my boyfriend is back to work 😪 feels so nice to be able to spend full days together
Well I cannot believe that I left my carefully measured mozzarella (50g=hea) in the fridge at home!
My bacon, bean and mozzarella salad has become a bacon, bean and cheddar (hea) salad! I wasn’t able to measure the cheese so I’ve had to guesstimate. I have 2 healthy a’s to use so I’m sure I’ll be ok... But oh my! I heated the salad up before adding the cheese and tucked in... delicious and SO filling 😋
