Its the littke things...
Sometimes feeling blurgh is hard to keep yourself nourished and foesnt help when you have #sibo meaning most foods having an impact ob my digestive system meaning theres lots of food i cant have.
So feeling yucky and not having an interst in food and my folks worrying ny #eatingdisorder kicking in as in having 1 meal a day.
Dad asked me last night if not ill had sibo etc what woukd i realky fancy... easy my comfort food .. mac n cheese. But with sibo i cant have pasta 😤😢. Dad points out but your already suffering with digestive despite sibo (lets just say me and loo are best friebds at mo in top my cold so if your akready sufferinv why not suymffer in style 😂
Then tiday challenging myself in case my #eatingdisorder takes hikd and feelung hungery i said i got real craving for a maccy ds which incant even remember last time i has nac d esp beung a vegetarian.
So despite hinself being ill last night he cheered me uo makjng ne mac b cheese and just nade a home nade friendky versuin as can be orsents ne dads mac chicken vegetarian sandwich for me. 😂😂 yes there things in there that in defo going to suffer like bread but im un heaven right niw. Yes i know im going to suffer but right now im already besties with the loo so why not try and make it worthwhile. 😂 im sure theres a clare logic in there somewhere😂 ill be back on sibo plan bust thanks dad for giving me some comfort food.... looking after me and mum when you are also ill.
