  • Hey guys keeping it simple today with salad idea…

I try to incorporate at least 1 salad 🥗 a day… Its a great way to get the micro nutrients in 💪… Today I have some marinated chicken as my protein source and a yoghurt based dressing, recipe below… 🍅 Building a sexy colourful 🌈 salad 🥗 is so simple… .

1️⃣ Pick a leafy base 🥬… Spinach, lettuce, kale etc. .

2️⃣ Pick 2-3 more veggies 🍅 🥒🌶, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, carrots, zucchini, onion etc. .

3️⃣ Pick a protein 🥚🍗 eggs, tofu, chicken, tuna, salmon etc. .

4️⃣ Add a dressing olive oil + lemon, vinegar, avocado oil, tahini.

So simple 😍… ∙

Today I had. . ∙ Spinach . ∙ Tomatoes🍅 . ∙ Cucumbers 🥒 . ∙  Red Onion . ∙ Marinated chicken breast (olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder). I cooked the chicken on the stove top on medium heat for around 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through. . ∙ Greek Yoghurt dressing Recipe below 👇🏼
. ∙ Dressing Recipe.
. ∙  ½ cup greek yoghurt.
. ∙ 1/2 Tbsp wholegrain mustard (dijon). . ∙ 1 stalk of spring onion / shallot.
. ∙ ½ tbsp lemon juice.
. ∙ ½ tbsp olive oil.
. ∙ 1 clove garlic, minced (if you don’t like it too garlicky use ½).
. ∙ Pinch of salt & pepper to taste. .

It’s a familiar routine that I enjoyed during childhood summers visiting in the Philippines. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Taho is a Filipino street snack consisting of steamed silken tofu, arnibal (simple syrup), and sago. Because sago can be difficult to find, I subbed in brown sugar boba!

But the pixie came bearing gifts - a 2oz of Righteous Felon Craft Jerky - so we made due with the pure, potent, meat-snack substance.  After dropping our first dose we hallucinated a mountain vista, cliffs and clouds.  These visuals are amazing, bro!  You seeing trails?  I see trails too dude!  Pass me another hit of world’s greatest pocket protein!

Esta mezcla de sándwich y tortilla es una delicia en su versión dulce, pero apuntad esta estilo pizza porque no se queda atrás!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 2 rebanadas de pan integral
• 1 cda sopera de queso crema
• 3 claras de huevo
• Ajo, cebolla y orégano en polvo
• Fiambre de pavo bajo en sal
• Tomatitos cherry
• 1 loncha de queso bajo en grasa
• Rúcula
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Batir las claras junto con el queso crema enérgicamente.
Agregar el ajo, la cebolla y el orégano.
Precalentar una sartén, pulverizar un poquito de aceite de oliva.
Empapar las rebanadas de pan en la mezcla de claras hasta que estén completamente empapadas.
Poner el pan en la sartén, a fuego medio y esperar a que se dore y dar la vuelta con cuidado para que dore por las dos caras.
Una vez hechas las sandwichtillas, añadir toppings como si de una pizza se tratara: Pavo, tomatitos, queso, rúcula...
Llevar unos minutos en el horno si queremos que se gratine.
Disfrutar de cada bocado!

    Esta mezcla de sándwich y tortilla es una delicia en su versión dulce, pero apuntad esta estilo pizza porque no se queda atrás!!
    ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    • 2 rebanadas de pan integral
    • 1 cda sopera de queso crema
    • 3 claras de huevo
    • Ajo, cebolla y orégano en polvo
    • Fiambre de pavo bajo en sal
    • Tomatitos cherry
    • 1 loncha de queso bajo en grasa
    • Rúcula
    ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    Batir las claras junto con el queso crema enérgicamente.
    Agregar el ajo, la cebolla y el orégano.
    Precalentar una sartén, pulverizar un poquito de aceite de oliva.
    Empapar las rebanadas de pan en la mezcla de claras hasta que estén completamente empapadas.
    Poner el pan en la sartén, a fuego medio y esperar a que se dore y dar la vuelta con cuidado para que dore por las dos caras.
    Una vez hechas las sandwichtillas, añadir toppings como si de una pizza se tratara: Pavo, tomatitos, queso, rúcula...
    Llevar unos minutos en el horno si queremos que se gratine.
    Disfrutar de cada bocado!

As we all know chickpeas and beans are a vital part of a vegan diet for providing energy and protein. And what a better way to do it. All flavours are amazing though I do have to say the salt and vinegar one is my favourite so far! J’ai enfin pu tester le célèbre café Citron de Jacquemus. Et cela fût à la hauteur de mes espérances. Le restaurant propose des plats simples mais délicieux. J’ai pris une pizza aux anchois avec de la salade à 14€ et une citronnade à 7€. Les prix peuvent paraître élevés mais il ne faut pas oublier que l’établissement se trouve sur les champs Élysées donc ce sont les prix que l’on retrouve habituellement là bas.. De plus le service est irréprochable, très rapide et les serveurs sont très aimables.
