  • This chilly day has me craving my chicken tortilla soup🤩 even though it’s supposed to be in the 80s this weekend, I’ll keep eating this all I can. I made this last week & kept some in the freezer to pull out for a day like today. that’s one thing that I love about soups, it makes a bunch but it’s great to keep on hand! this soup plus some extra chips for dipping on the side is happening for dinner tonight💃🏻 full recipe linked in my bio! happy thursday 💛

  • Rice noodles with simmered shrimp and bok choy, in a coconut curry broth that’s tangy, mildly spicy, and 100% comforting.  This dish comes together quickly and has lots of textures and flavors working well together.  Give it a try, especially if you’re feeling under the weather 🤧😪 (like me)

Serves 2-ish: In a large saucepan on medium heat, sauté minced shallot and garlic in neutral oil until fragrant and softened.  Add in 1-2 tbsp yellow curry paste and stir around until it has slightly darkened, about 1-2 min.  Pour in 1 15oz. can of coconut milk and 1 ½ cup of chicken/veg broth or water.  Stir to combine with the curry paste mixture, cover and simmer for about 15-20 min. (if you have more time, 30 min. works too!) to let flavors combine.  Meanwhile, prepare rice noodles according to package directions and keep warm.  Use about half a pack for two servings (about 8 oz)

When curry coconut broth is ready, season it with a touch of fish sauce.  Taste and adjust seasoning or add more water if needed.  Keep the broth on the heat, add in a dozen peeled + deveined shrimp and then the bok choy (or your preferred veg). Simmer until the shrimp has turned opaque and pink and the veg is tender but still green.

Turn the heat off and immediately stir in the prepared rice noodles and juice from 1 lime.  The lime is super important in completing the broth!  Divide noodles, shrimp and veg between bowls, top with cilantro, scallions, chopped roasted peanuts, chili garlic sauce and store-bought fried shallots (bc nobody has time for homemade ones on a weeknight 😅). Serve right away with more limes and fish sauce at the table.

  • the theme of the next few days is making foods that my husband normally wouldn’t be very excited about but i am. this meal checks 2 of those boxes: soup for dinner ✔️ and kale ✔️ // smoky white bean, kale, and wheat berry soup recipe by @vanillaandbean features lots of vegetables, plant protein, and a smoky almost meaty flavor. i made some swaps- pinto beans instead of white beans because that’s what we had, and left out the celery because i hate that you have to buy a whole bunch just to use one stick. this meal is totally plant based except the butter on that toasted multigrain roll. #vanillaandbean #plantbased #soupfordinner

  • Сейчас арми вывели тег в мировые в поддержку Юнги (тег: GetWellSoonYoongi). Кажется, его травма снова даёт о себе знать. Она часто беспокоит его, мы много раз замечали, как он держится за плечо, но пытается скрыть это. И сейчас, глядя на это видео, можно заметить, что он перестал делать резкие движения этим плечом и танцует только одной рукой.
Надеюсь компания примет какие то меры,ведь у них есть все возможности.Малыш будь сильным,ведь за тебя переживает весь мир🥺

Shoyu gives a meatier taste to the signature broth and the clam flavour is less strong. All in all I really enjoyed the ramen here, but if I were to be really picky, I personally would prefer chewier, bouncier ramen noodles.

Happy Friday lunch at Le Pan’s lounge. Amazing 3-course lunch set for amazing value on weekdays! Even though I only ordered the beef entrée, I got a small taste of the Patagonian toothfish and rack of pork, they all tasted really good. You really can’t go wrong any of the choices available on this menu. Also appreciate how their food seems to be tailored to local tastebuds; not overly salty or sweet. ( 📷 @kimlwy )

Super disappointed because the dessert was supposed to be crème brûlée, but we had ice cream instead as there wasn’t enough for the table. Vanilla ice cream was still delicious, scooped over a buttery biscuit crumb. Hopefully, will get to try the crème brûlée next time. 🍨🌼

Böyle zamanlarda herkesin içindeki öfkeyle başa çıkma yöntemi farklı. Benimki yemek yapmak. Tarifi verip sessizce çekiliyorum köşeme;

Brokoli&Ispanak Çorbası;
🥦250 gr brokoli
🥦1/2 bağ ıspanak
🥦1 orta boy soğan
🥦1,5 su bardağı süt + 1,5 su bardağı su
🥦1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
🥦Tuz, karabiber

Benim mutfak lavabom çift evyeli olduğu için tek tarafını genelde su ile doldurup meyve sebzeleri sirkeli suda bekletmek için kullanıyorum. Ispanak ve brokolileri güzelce ayıklayıp sirkeyi suyun içerisine koydum. (Suyu en azından 1 kez değiştirmekte fayda var)
Soğanı doğrayıp önce su ile öldürdüm, sonra suyunu çekince tereyağı ile çok az kavurarak kokusunun çıkmasını sağladım. Üzerine kabaca doğranmış brokoli ve ıspanakları koydum. Biraz ıspanaklar ölünce yaklaşık 1,5 su bardağı su koyup tuz ve karabiber ekleyerek kaynamaya bıraktım. Brokoliler robottan çekecek kadar yumaşayınca (10-15 dk kaynaması yeterli) ocaktan alıp pürüzsüz olana kadar bızzlattım. En son ocağa geri koyup kıvamı isteğe göre ayarlamak için yavaş yavaş süt ekledim. Bir taşım kaynatınca çorbanız hazır.

P.S
-İçinde krema varmış gibi ipeksi bir kıvamı ve zengin bir tafı oluyor.
-Eğer sebzeleri tek başına yemeyenleriniz varsa bu çorba çok güzel bir alternatif olacaktır.
-Unsuz olduğu için akşam yemeğinize eşlik edecek çok hafif bir tarif.

I really liked Juha fish, Sesame Honey beef and Thai soup 🤩 Tried fried Icecream for the first time. It was okayish, nothing special.

The serving size is enough for 2-3 persons and the prices are also quite reasonable.

    I really liked Juha fish, Sesame Honey beef and Thai soup 🤩 Tried fried Icecream for the first time. It was okayish, nothing special.

    The serving size is enough for 2-3 persons and the prices are also quite reasonable.

سوپ غذایی سبک و دوست رژیم های لاغری است. یک بشقاب سوپ 250 گرمی برحسب ترکیبات آن حاوی 20 تا 150 کیلوکالری است. سوپ های سبک و کم کالری حاوی سبزیجات، بدون مواد نشاسته ای و بدون ترکیبات چرب افزوده هستند. .
. به سوپ تان گوجه فرنگی رنده شده بزنید. نخود فرنگی، هویج و همچنین کمی گشنیز و جعفری طعم سوپ‌تان را فوق‌العاده می‌کند.

سبزیجات موجود در این غذا از ابتلا به بیماری‌های مربوط به اضافه وزن و همچنین برخی از سرطان ها پیشگیری می‌کنند؛ به خاطر اینکه سبزیجات حاوی میزان زیادی آنتی‌اکسیدان مانند بتاکاروتن هستند

سوپ باعث پر شدن معده شده و احساس سیری زودهنگام ایجاد می‌کند. این خاصیت مدیون میزان آب و همچنین فیبرهای موجود در سبزیجات آن است

  • Zimi sam nekako raspoložena za jela na žlicu. Maneštre, guste juhe, variva... Griju dušu i tijelo.
Ovo je jedna baš takva juhica.
Može se poslužiti kao slijed raskošnog objeda, ali meni često posluži kao lagana i ukusna večera. 
Krem juha od povrća sa kozicama 
Sastojci za 4 osobe:
4 krumpira
1 veća tikvica
4 mrkve
30 dkg svježih kozica
2 češnja češnjaka
Maslinovo ulje
Peršin korijen i lišće
1 manji crveni luk
Sol
Vegeta
Creme fraiche

Postupak pripreme:
Skuhajte temeljac od kozica tako da oprane kozice i povrće, (češnjak, luk i peršin, korijen i list) prekrijete vodom, dodate malo Vegete i maslinovog ulja i kuhate dok povrće ne omekša. Procijedite tekućinu i stavite sa strane, a kozice u međuvremenu očistite od ljuštura. Ogulite krumpir i mrkvu i sve zajedno s tikvicom nasjeckajte na kockice. Prekrijte temeljcem, dodajte još malo maslinovog ulja i skuhajte. Ukoliko bude potrebno možete dodati još vruće vode. Štapnim mikserom ispasirajte povrće, začinite po želji i poslužite uz očišćene kozice i žlicu creme fraichea.

P. S. Tko ne voli kozice, slobodno može povrće zaliti povrtnim temeljcem za još laganiju, vege verziju.
