  • Feeling brave? Step into the jaws of the alligator in the #FlindersRanges and unearth another world carved into the ancient rocks of the #outback over millions of years. Tucked in Mt Remarkable National Park, you’ll discover #AlligatorGorge home to the Terraces, a long series of small cascading #waterfalls and nope, no alligators here! Explore the ancient landscape like @mitch.toft on a two or four hour hike and you might just stumble across some of the friendly locals with kangaroos, emus and a plethora of birdlife calling the area home. After all that adventuring, rest your weary legs and set up camp for the night at @rawnsleyparkstation where you’ll slumber in an outback oasis under a blanket of stars. #SeeSouthAustralia 🌄 [📍Location: just a 1hr flight from Melbourne to #Adelaide in #SouthAustralia and a 3.5hr drive to Alligator Gorge ] #SeeAustralia#Australia #Travel

  • Sisters Keira & Indi are all about the smiles and tongue!

It has been a pleasure to watch lil' Keira grow into the confident teenager she is today.

Not only has Keira grown in her own confidence but she has helped her older sister come out of her shell along the way too!

  • Adelaide City.... the City of churches and architecture.... which is slowly disappearing.
I love capturing motion in my photos. I believe that motion in photos creates life within the photo. In these photos it shows the city is alive with movement, people going about their daily lives and it shows the beating heart of a city being used and lived in.
I LOVE the old architecture that still hides away with Adelaide and unfortunately with progress comes change and some of these old buildings are slowly succumbing to the modern wants of the people and get knocked down, so I try and capture when I can.
Sometimes just sitting down on a bench and people watching creates some of the most memorable photos and makes you realise that you are one of millions of people that make the world turn.
Fun fact about Adelaide Arcade: In it's construction in 1885, over two million bricks were required and 50,000 square feet of glass was used and was one of the first buildings in Adelaide to use electric lighting!

  • Native Aussie IPA 6.5% by @barossavalleybrewing
Very hazy with a fair amount of sediment that had settled in the bottom of the can.
Hop forward flavour in the IPA style, but only a light, lingering bitterness. The most interesting addition to this new member of the IPA family is Davison Plum, a native Australian fruit. This gives a sweet and tart flavouring which compliments the hops.
Overall, easy to drink and the tart, citrus flavour went well with my tacos for dinner.

  • Truffle mushroom gnocchi.
Every Thursday is Gnocchi Night at @enzosrestaurant. $25 for a main serve of gnocchi, with the sauce of your choice & dessert.
They say money can’t buy happiness, but it turns out it only costs $25!

  • Some fun facts about Peter and I 👇 * We are a father & daughter team who a lot of the time get mistaken for husband and wife 🤢🤢🤢 (every chance I get I introduce Peter as my Dad so there is no mistakes or assumptions made) * Peter has a new music obsession with Mongolian Metal. So strange, but actually not horrible - I dare you to spotify it and get back to me with your thoughts 🧐 * He left school at the age of 15 to start work. * He is actually a Winemaker by trade, learning from the ground up straight out of school working with some of the best wineries the Barossa and Adelaide hills. * He is one of 5 children. I can’t imagine handling more than one at the moment 🙈 * I was a state champion gymnast (vault) in my younger days. * I pretty much take people at their word (can also be known as gullible) Let me refer you back to when I asked Mum where Dad was going one day and she states ‘He's gone to see a man about a dog'. You can guess my disappointment right... * I never ate fish until my early 20's. This was probably due to the fact my parents would try and convince me it was chicken so I’d at least try it. * I have a degree in Multimedia and a diploma in Graphic Design and one massive Hecs debt (anyone want to chip in?!) 💰
What's one interesting fact you can share about yourself tonight? 👇

  • Ted! AKA The Ted Monster!

Ted is currently staying with us for 35 days while his owner is enjoying a long awaited and well deserved holiday.

A long time client of CC, Ted has a good foundation in obedience so the focus of his stay will be building up his existing skills and providing enrichment to his days.

Like most adolescents 2 year old Ted is a fun loving goofy boy who loves to play. Trainer Jo has been turning Ted’s recall into an engaging game and providing Ted will lots of fun and exercise with tug and ball games.

Our board and train services don't have to be for dogs with behavoural issues but for providing enrichment for dogs staying for extended periods.

For information on our board and train services visit www.canineconnect.com.au

  • Breathe in. Breathe out.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Let go of all that stuff that is stuck inside you.
Everyday is a special day. We don’t want to carry any old stuff with us.
Put one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. As you breathe quietly, notice how comforting that feels.
Be aware that you can do this anytime and anywhere and take care of yourself. How it calms you down.
It lets yesterday go. It gives you a feeling of safety.
You are here for a reason. And as you release yesterday and even this moment, allow your full attention to come into this day, this hour, this time.
Let your heart open and make room for all the good of the Universe to come in. 🙏
All is well.
