#spartankillington was just what I needed. I truly loved every second of the suck that was the Beast on Saturday (minus the swim 🌊). Even the chilly weather was right up my alley. And I was able to keep those sneaky negative thoughts at bay for the most part. Building back up my confidence isn’t an overnight process, and this amazing weekend was a step in the right direction.
‼️3 Fat Loss Hacks You Can Start Straight Away‼️ We are all intelligent enough to understand losing weight isn't as simple as counting to ten. All though some of us find that a challenge 😂
It does take time/effort on your behalf. Paired with a bit of grit and determination you can get the results you want!
So grab your balls so to speak and start today!
Below are 3 of the simplest tasks you can start immediately by just being aware of what your doing day to day.
1) Move around during the day. Your going to be surprised how little energy you burn day to day.
If your regularly moving around chances are your lean enough to be happy with your shape. But the brutal truth is....... majority of us don't fucking move 😂
Immediate task to complete - Use a step counter and see what your actually doing. I'll guess most will hit around 2000 steps.
I challenge you to hit at least 5000 a day for a week.
2) Log your food/drink intake for a few days. That means log anything that goes past your lips.
Write it down, take pictures then use my fitness pal to record later on when you have time.
Again the majority of us don't actually realise what where shovelling down
Immediate task to complete - Download my fitness pal. Record your daily munch for a few days to get a rough idea.
Then work out your BMR and aim for 200/300 calories a day below that for a steady fat loss result.
3) Protein should be your first concern when it comes to your meals. Make sure you have a good protein source with every meal, then add greens.
Just by the body digesting protein it burns more energy and you'll maintain more lean muscle mass.
Immediate task to complete - So you've just completed task 2 which will help you with this one.
Make sure your protein levels are high. Aim for 1.6g per kg of body weight with the idea of upping that to around 2g per kg body weight.
Utilise whey protein shakes if you have to.
If You start to use these tasks I've set you above..... your heading towards that bikini beach body without even lifting a weight!
Imagine what exercise on top of that will do.

Sometimes I look back to certain events and maybe overthink why it didn’t go to plan or go my way. Then I think hold on a moment...I’m going to own it! Sometimes things take a different turn and that can allow us to be real hard on ourselves. Sometimes you need to own the moment and take the positives out of what you have achieved! London Marathon with @sportsdirectrunning and @newbalanceuk still one of my 2019 highlight!
