My rest periods during workouts often turn into racking my brain as to how to get thru to a certain athlete or client. How can I help “X” athlete to realize how important nutrition is so they achieve their goals... Or what can I do to help “X” member take their recovery more seriously so they stop getting injured... could be anything.
Point is, finding ways to develop relationships and trust with people as a coach is far more important than any workout or practice.
Disclaimer: it’s easy to sniff out a poser Coach or “overnight social media success story”. All they want to do is prove they’re the best and take.

Tbc done semaine 2 complète ! Une seance que j’ai bien aime meme si je suis pas complètement fan des sauts ( j’ai toujours peu de me blesser). .
Hier je vous en parlais en story, je vous demandais vos plus belle fierte sportive et donc comme promis voici les miennes, quelques médailles parmi quelques-unes de mes plus belles courses. .
Premier semi fin 2016, puis 2 semi en 2017, le trail en 2017, la course dans le desert du senegal, et surtout le triathlon de paris 😍. Mon annee 2018 fut riche, en train, en 6h en 16h, en triathlon et pourtant 2019 le néant... et j’ai tout perdu. Parfois je m’en veux parfois je suis déçue et puis je me dit que ca va revenir! .
Mes plus belles fiertés : - La Spartan Race format moyen - Le triathlon M de Paris
- les 6h ( 32km) - les 42km de nuit en course d’endurance
- les 42km dans le sable en 5jours - la portion de SainteLyon (27km +800D) .

I’m officially calling today #5xFriday . My x5 #SpartanTrifecta FINALLY arrived yesterday and I’m excited to show it off.
I’m gonna be honest. In 2017, my goal was x5 and it was hard! In 2019, I wasn’t Trifecta chasing at all... between running the #SpartanUSNS and the #SpartanMountainSeries , my schedule lined up perfectly where the only races I’d need would be a few sprints, and luckily I was also committed to running the local races. 5 Trifectas was an easy accomplishment.
In 2020, I will only be running the National Series and local Spartans. My goals are not to chase trifecta, but rather focus on performing on larger stages. So as I see it, today is the last #5xFriday for me... I might come back to racing for Trifectas again in another year, but truthfully, my body and my mind are much happier when I’m racing less frequently and prioritizing my training and recovery. •
2020 will be a big year for me. Here’s to hoping for less trifecta medals and more podium medals! 🏅🏅🏅
