Happy Sunday! Haven’t posted in a while, started working full time and been trying to do my best to juggle work, family, health and fitness.
Today breakfast was cauliflower fried rice seasoned with mustard seeds, cumin powder, chaat masala and I tossed in pomegranate seeds and sliced Serrano with a big squeeze of lime. Hope you all enjoy your Sunday Funday🤠
This were the highlights of our rice table experience @indo.rd, first pic "Soto Ayam" which it's a chicken broth with noodles, spinach and boiled egg, second pic "Gado Gado" green beans condimented with peanut butter sauce and some chilli paste, chinese cabbage, soy sprouts and garnished with an egg, "Emping Kroepoek" those were chips to cleanse the palate and an assortment of spices and toppings, third pic "Ayam Pedis" those were spicy chicken thighs, "Ikan Java" that was fish which was seasoned with some coconut milk, very creamy, "Baby Ketjab" an Indonesian braised pork with sweet soy sauce, "Udang Besar Goelai " Shrimp with spices, "Sate Kambing" That's Lamb Satay and "Ubud" to wash it down, Overall an interesting experience, recommended for those who like spicy, exotic food.
