i was cleaning my room yesterday and ran across this shirt! when i got this shirt i was so uncomfortable wearing it! i got the biggest size they had. it was super tight and took it off like an hour after!
i tried it on last night and it’s huge! i had to tuck it it! I cried a little!
sometimes i want to lay in bed and sleep, sometimes i wanna go out and drink all night, sometimes i want a bacon double cheese burger!
i always remember if that moment of satisfaction is worth loosing all the hard work i put in! i dare you to make a change today for a better you! remember we only have one body! let’s take care of it! 😘

Being vegan is obviously the healthiest lifestyle, but also it’s not. Fish is clearly good for you, but also full of mercy and killing you. Get in the sun everyday. You need vitamin D and cancer.”
