Everyone is “Tidying Up” their closets and homes, but do we ever stop 🛑 to Tidy Up 🧹 our Mind?? We spend so much of our day in a blur of life whizzing by us. Do you even remember the last time you sat down and had a meal without looking at your phone or feeling rushed to eat it? We are accused to the more is better lie that our society says we “should” be living. Let me ask you, how are you feeling at the end of your day? How are you feeling at the beginning of your day? I imagine you’re tired. Not even tired really... exhausted! Grouchy! Just want a minute alone so you can get your head straight. But! You don’t have time...? Did you know that if you pause, even for just a minute or two, and take deep breathes it can lower stress levels, reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, improve heart rate, release toxins, improve cellular regeneration, and bring clarity to your mind? These are just a few of the MANY benefits of intentional breathing. I encourage you today, as we embark on this Spring Solstice to take some time to tidy up your mind. Set an intention or five of what you want to bring note if into your life, and the release! Release and REALLY LET GO of all that is no longer serving you. What is causing you stress, anxiety, worry, etc. and if you can’t let it go, choose how your going to engage it the chaos. Because at the end of the day, YOU get to choose.
