  • Fantastic session with @adamlody last night 🙌 
Adam has been focusing on some glute development (one aspect of his training) to help with lower back issues. Yesterday we focused on front squats and they looked strong, neat and confident at 55kg 🙋🏼 I’m excited to see where we can take these in the next month! 
We used DB’s yesterday for AMRAP push ups; a great way to solve horrible pain in the wrists for this exercise 🤘🏽 #santefitness #santestrong #strongmen #bodybuilding #cardifffitfam #glutedevelopment #proudpt #squats #pushups

  • Gymnastics 💪🏽 I may or may not have moaned the entire hour with @katebadr while we did strict everything and all the pull accessory work! But it’s worth it, plus moaning about it makes it easier right? 🤣

In the workout today had a mini win too 🙆🏽‍♀️ managed all 60 TTB (not all synced over 75% as singles). Just in the time cap 🎉 workout was 21-15-9 power cleans with 20 TTB every round. None are linked but hey, slow progress is better than no progress 😁

Trainer Tuesday is coming latterrr and why not start today with a new pair of kicks ✔️ because my shoulders deserve it...that’s my logic anyways 👀😂 #TrainerTuesday #NikeTraining #WITTraining
