After probably 1500 rides in the past 5 years, my Jimi board has seen better days. It’s about 10 lbs heavier than new and a bit of a beast to haul down the cliff. Thinking of ideas for a new one. True story - I took this photo no more than 5 minutes into the maiden voyage of the board. This dolphin immediately came under my bow and I snapped this. It’s still one of my faves 🐬

We layed on the floor on upper deck, rocked to sleep as we cruised over indian ocean from Male to Naifaru between 10pm and 07am.
It's funny how life turns out if you're open to change, face your fears and follow those dream of yours. Some 17 years ago I was so scared of water my legs were shaking if I stepped on a jetty. I cheated on some diving tests on police academy and I would never go out in the ocean. But I also carried a dream involving surfing. So with some help I faced my fears, and long story short ~ years later I landed an ambassador role for the worlds biggest surf brand @roxy. I became sup yoga pioneer in Sweden and the ocean is my office. I live part time in Maldives. And ninety-nine percent of the Maldives is made up of sea.
Last night was the first time in my life I slept on a boat. And it was amazing. Need to save up for a houseboat @annelieadventures 💙
