After a weekend of typical over indulgence and a love affair with a jerk chicken burger thanks to @burgertheoryuk my holiday goals are looking further away than ever.
But new week new challenges 💪🏻 I got up nice and early this morning to make sure I set the tone to not only my day but my week, with work none stop and an exam around the corner I need to be in the zone!
Hydration ✨ Meditation ✨ Activation (morning barre class, my core always feels extra tight after a barre workout and thats just what I need this morning! ) 
With a smoothie to go loaded with my new collagen powder I’m fully ready for whatever the day brings!

Here at the studio we offer Personal Training sessions in 30mins / 45mins / 1hour slots and set classes. These slots are pre booked meaning you are committed and have a specific time each week set aside to exercise. It’s a great way to ensure you are keeping up regular exercise and it’s structured to your personal targets by your trainer. 
It might be that your worried about a gym environment. Well worry no more. Devizes Personal Training Studio is a private, inclusive studio where you will be able to train while relaxed and having fun.
