  • After a couple days of bouldering, it was fun getting back out on ropes! We checked out the Black Corridor and managed to put in a full day even though we all agreed we’d do a light sesh 💁🏻‍♀️.

I’m not going to lie... I’m soar from last nights workout... @_melimel_c  challenged me to do 24 push-ups... 20 squats... and 10 burpees (I hate burpees🤦🏼‍♀️) back to back to back.(and post it to my story😉) I only needed to do them once... but I thought what the heck that’s actually a good workout... so I ended up doing the set 5 times...😂🤦🏼‍♀️... Let’s just say... I need some BCAA’s!😭 ... but for real... it felt good doing it!!💙😊Just goes to show that you don’t need the gym to get an affective workout in!💪🏻😉 #noexcuses *
