Bon, vous vous en doutez, comme je (on) dose absolument jamais rien, on a pris le plus gros plat qu’ils avaient... 84 sushis/makis (42 de chaque) pour normalement 4 personnes... 🤦‍♂️

  • Any other late bloomers?? Ive always been a late bloomer. A little bit of a fly on the wall. I’ve always watched things from afar before I hop on board. I don’t make rash decisions. 
I started dating later than most, got married later than most, had a baby later than most. But I was firm in every decision I made, and I knew with confidence it was the right decision for me. 
I started my coaching business later than many others, and I may be building it slower than others do. But I LOVE the ladies I engage with and I want to know we’ve got things in common so you know you can depend on me to be here! 
So maybe you’re like me and you analyze before you get started or maybe you just move slowly. Guess what?? That’s fine! JUST DON’T STOP!

  • Did this leg workout yesterday and man am I feeling the pain . But that’s when you know you really had a impact workout, right?! Do each move x 12-15 reps and repeat 3 times. Only the last 3 moves I did them in reps of 10 one time only as triple burn circuit .

  • Seit 3 Jahren bin ich jetzt dabei zu trainieren, ich liebe es für mich gibt es kein schöneres Gefühl als nach dem Training.
Aber für diesen Sport braucht man Ehrgeiz Disziplin und Mut etwas zu riskieren immer mehr zu geben und über seine mentalen Fähigkeiten hinaus zu gehen, für mich ist es ein sehr grosser Teil meines Lebens. ❤️
In diesem Sinne bleibt gesund 😉

Entre ustedes se llaman "mandilones".
Y me pregunto si solo lo hacen por querer humillar a una persona por darlo todo en una relación y preocuparse al 100.
Yo los llamo HOMBRES, los que se preocupan por sus mujeres y les llevan de comer a casa, los que prefieren un sábado de ver películas en familia que estar de borrachos infieles, los que ayudan en los que haceres del hogar, precisamente porque es su hogar y ambos pueden aportar, los que piden opinión en cada gasto y decisión en su vida porque en el dinero y la vida, ahora son uno solo.
A esos que utilizan ese término de "mandilon", creo que lo único que les falta es encontrar a alguien que los haga vibrar y amar tanto que quieran dar todo sin importar los prejuicios, por el simple hecho de que esa persona los ama y los hace felices cada día. #Enamorada #LoAmo #MyFitnessLove #AmorDeMiVida #QueRico #StayFit

i have clearly been slacking HARD lately.... i haven’t worked out in 10 days which is a looooong time for me. the stress of school has been getting to me. tomorrow is the last day i have classes, so next week is finals & i am stressing to the M A X. i know working out is a hugeee stress reliever, but i haven’t felt like it. i’ve been in a rut for the past week to week and a half, which is no excuse, but i’ve been using it as an excuse
.
i recently started listening to a podcast by @johnbevere & @lisabevere. the episodes i’ve listened to are titled Fighting Discouragement (episodes 1-4), Discouraged and Beat Down, & im starting the Health Tips episode series now. John & Lisa put a spiritual message in all of their episodes, so not only am i listening to things to help myself get out of this rut of discouragement, but i’m also getting a spiritual view of removing yourself from discouragement. i have thoroughly enjoyed listening to these episodes because they have made me feel better and not feel as discouraged about life. aside from the messages, their episodes are around 20 minutes each, so i have no excuse to NOT listen to them and get a spiritual & uplifting message about my struggles

in 2 weeks or so i’ll be home for the summer with few obligations, so i will have almost ALL. FREAKING. DAY. to do nothing. and by do nothing i mean i will have all the time in the world to go to the gym and go HARD. i’m so excited because i seriously plan to go to the gym 5 days a week. you know those goals i mentioned earlier? yeah that was a bust, but i plan to give it my all after the semester is over and i won’t have a single worry in the world

i’m super excited for the things coming my way. i’ve devoted myself more to God lately, and i’m going to do things that are HEALTHY for me — not just eating right and working out, but getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, and improving my mental health

  • Another ab workout. It’s always a love/hate relationship with these but I always feel good after an ab workout until I eat and drink water 😅. My aim is to keep improving! 
Enjoy x
1. Plank (2.5kg weight) - 1 minute
2. Side plank - 30 seconds each side
3. Plank cross - 10 to 15 reps
4. Mountain climbers - 20 to 25 reps
5. Leg raises - 20 to 25 reps
6. Finally, plank (5kg weight) - 1 minute

3 -4 sets for each exercise
P.S. For those watching avengers tonight, I’m there in spirit😭
