This year I’ve been trying to be better about reducing my plastic use. I’ve transitioned to shampoo and conditioner bars instead of bottles, and I have my trusty @corkcicle tumbler disguising my water as #mermaidjuice and keeping it cold all shift instead of single use plastic bottles. These are small steps but they’re in the right direction!! .
I’ve been feeling a little stuck lately with my progress soooo after lots of thought and help from the beautiful @kgfittie and @cieralordfit, I have decided to try a new workout split. I’m gonna try this for a couple months and see how I like it and see if it gives me the results I want. The biggest change with this new split is my leg days. I think doing 3 leg days before might’ve been too much, so I’m gonna attempt to do two leg days with more rest in between to help with recovery. I have no idea if this will be beneficial, but I can’t be afraid to try 🤷🏼♀️ A persons journey is full of trial and error until they find what works for them, so this is just one of many trials to see what works best for me.

Hey Fitzroy members, try this yummy egg net spring rolls :) INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs, lightly beaten 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon peanut oil 500g pork mince 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1/4 cup hoisin sauce 420g vegetables, 1-minute packet ready to stir-fry 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, extra 2 tablespoons coriander, fresh METHOD Step 1 Combine egg and sesame oil in a jug. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon peanut oil. Swirl to coat. Drizzle 2 to 3 tablespoons egg mixture back and forth into pan to form a crisscross patterned omelette. Cook for 30 seconds. Carefully turn omelette over. Cook for 20 seconds. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining egg mixture and oil, to form 8 omelettes. Step 2 Heat remaining peanut oil in a wok over high heat. Add mince. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until mince has just changed colour. Add garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add hoisin sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Step 3 Add vegetables to wok. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until heated through. Step 4 Place 1 omelette on a plate. Top with 1/8 mince mixture over centre. Roll up to enclose. Repeat with remaining omelettes and mince mixture. Step 5 Combine extra hoisin sauce and 2 teaspoons cold water in a bowl. Drizzle omelettes with extra sauce. Sprinkle with coriander leaves. Serve. It is also an extremely penetrative oil which will help boost the onion juice’s ability to nourish your scalp.Fenugreek seeds also known as methi it stimulates blood flow to the scalp , nourishes the hair follicles to promote faster. garlic is known to be rich in vitamin C content that is great for promoting hair-health. It also boosts collagen production that helps stimulate hair growth. The presence of selenium content in garlic helps boost blood circulation for maximum nourishment. Last not the least iron skillet, iron skillet greatly increases the iron content.
1/2 cup coconut oil
Hand full curry leaves
1 onion chopped
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
Finely chop one small onion ,curry leaves add it to the skillet along with the coconut oil and garlic cloves.
Heat the mixture under a low flame until it stops bubbling.
Let it cool down completely.
Pour the oil into a bottle and store in the fridge for about 10 days.
