Pictured are a few entrees from today’s delightful meal - vegetable #pasta , #avocadotoast , half roasted #chicken , brunch burger, #steak and eggs, eggs #benedict , caramelized apple Belgium #waffle , and pumpkin spice #pancakes . 🥞 My favorite is the light and flavorful veggie pasta. #Papperdelle is smothered in roasted garlic cream sauce and topped with Brussels sprouts, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus pesto. 🍝 The #buffet has a variety of chilled #seafood , fresh fruit, yogurt and granola parfaits, seasonal salads, gourmet soups, assorted cheeses and charcuteries, decadent sweets, coffee, tea, and juice. There’s also made-to-order #omelette and #cottoncandy stations, plus a build-your-own hot chocolate bar. The #hotchocolate was some of the tastiest I’ve had. I went all in and loaded mine up with biscotti, chocolate chunks, pirouline, cinnamon, sprinkles, cream, and marshmallows! 😊 The Signature Room also serves lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Our maiden voyage with our @rectecgrills RT700 tonight. We loaded this ribeye roast from our @butcher_box up with @redmondrealsalt , pepper, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and rosemary. We smoked it at 275 degrees for about 3 hours until the internal temperature of the roast reached 140 degrees. Now it’s resting before we cut into it. Next up, Juicy Lucy burgers. YUM!

This bad boy is easy to cook in, easy to clean up, hard to fuck up, oven safe, and makes some of the best meals I make. Not to mention that if you wear it on your back, it blocks bullets.
Get that bitch smoking hot with a bit of oil and saute the mushrooms, then plate them and do the peppers, then plate them and take the thin cut, *ROOM TEMPERATURE* seasoned and cut up steaks (black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce) and cook them for a minute or two on each side. Boom. #tooeasy#ketofriendly steak dinner. Fuck yeah.
