Vous est§-il déjà arrivé qu’on vous dise « tu as changé » ?
Parfois, c’est sous forme de compliment, parfois sous forme de reproches. Mais souvent en porta,t un jugement de valeur sur votre changement.
Ainsi bien souvent on a peur de changer par peur du regard des autres. Que va en penser mon entourage ? Que vont en penser mes collègues, ma famille, mes boss, mes voisins....
ET ALORS ??
Vivent-ils à votre place ? Allez-vous ne pas être vous même pour faire plaisir aux autres ?
Si vous avez envie d’arriver les cheveux rouges au boulot, et pourquoi pas ? Quelle est cette convention sociale qui juge que ce n’est pas normal ?
Ce regard des autres nous immobilise dans nos jobs, dans notre look, dans notre cercle d’amis... En sortir fait du bien.
Oser être vous même permet de vous aligner et d’attirer ceux qui trouveront que les cheveux rouges c’est cool.
Ne pas oser changer par peur du regard des autres est doublement pénalisant.
Pour vous car il dur de passer sa vie à paraître, et aussi car vous ratez la possibilité de rencontrer ceux qui partages vos convictions et valeurs.
Alors exprimez-vous. Le changement a du bon.

After over a month of not being able to get out there for soooo many reasons, I finally got on the road!! My biggest reason is health! I can say first hand how many people that I love have been affected by not taking care of themselves. And some are no longer with us.
I'm not saying that if you do take care of yourself, bad things won't happen. But your reducing the risks GREATLY!! Love yourself first enough to take charge of your life and health. 💕

Il y a tellement de matins on se réveille de bonne humeur. In times of famine, fat is protective. Your body just wants to hold on to *everything*, in case there isn’t a chance of food later on. Your body just wants to protect you. In response to stress, my body weight went up by 8lbs/2kg. To counter that, I’ve been ensuring I’ve been having at least 8 cups of milk a day (2L/2 quarts), 8 tablespoons of white sugar, 5 teaspoons of salt and plenty of fruits. Light, movement, hobbies and connecting with loved ones has also helped bring down stress.
In less than two weeks, my body has let go of that 8lbs/2kg and that’s from no change in daily caloric amounts. (As shown)
Remember, your body is trying to protect you. Fat is protective. We aren’t mean to be the same weight all year round and stress. Stress changes you and your body, nervous system, bodily functions and processes and mind. People may throw the phrase around, “think positive,” but that discounts the complete autonomy that hormones have on our mindset.
As Gilbert Ling said, “Smiling, laughing and other normal physiological activities tell us that a baby is well. This is just a short way of saying that the trillions of cells making up the baby are well. Similarly, when the baby is sick, it is a short way of saying that some or all of the baby’s cells are sick. When we give medicine to the sick baby (or sick grown-up), our hope is that the medicine will make these sick cells well again. But unfortunately we are not sure.” Sick cells lead to sick thoughts. (For example, serotonin causes rumination in search of a solution https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/19618990/). So when you’re less stressed, those thoughts will hopefully go away. Just as weight fluctuates and comes down when the patterns of stress are broken. Your weight isn’t permanent, just like your thoughts. So for those out there struggling, know it won’t be forever.

Perspective plays a big role in how your life goes. If you look at the problems in your life like they can trample you, they will.
Your #perspective determines your outcome. Tony Robbins even says, “What you focus on you attract.” Have you ever had a problem and the more you stressed or thought about it the worse it seemed to get? When you change your perspective and begin to think more positively it is easier to think of a solution and not get #overwhelmed .

Unfortunately, a lot of us have been conditioned to be problem-solving jugglers instead of opportunity-creating visionaries. That is no-one's fault, it is just the way most of us were raised to see the world.
