IT’S ALL WORKED OUT
I don’t know about you, but for me, when stress sneaks in, it’s often when I’m trying to figure out the exact details of a future event.
Whether it’s a Keynote to a group of people, a conversation to clear something up with a friend or an upcoming event or product launch...stress loved to pop its head up when there’s something looming in the future.
I would often catch myself dancing with stress and would immerse myself in stressful thinking of the practicalities of near future.
This thinking and analysing would start to grow and grow and eventually end up feeding off itself and turn into over-thinking and would birth anxious thoughts.
This was until I realised something that changed the way I thought...we get so caught up thinking about and stressing over the future because we can’t control it.
As the future is always one step away from us, we are never going to have total control over it.
Negative thinking will get you to over-think the future (what you can’t control) and distract you from the present (what you can control).
Stop stressing about the future and start working on the present.
The future is God’s domain. The present is ours.
Stop trying to supervise God and trust that He has the future sorted out.
The moment you put your trust and faith in His sovereignty in the future, is the moment you can let go of what’s coming and focus on what is.
You do you what you can do.
God’s got the future laid out before you.
Free yourself from trying to control what’s Gods and start focusing on what you can control; your next step.
God has already worked out the thing that has been stressing you out.

Remember, infertility causes stress, not the other way around. So please stop telling us to “just relax “. To continue the theme of the “just” issues, I had to throw this one out there! One of the most common responses to infertility, miscarriage, loss, failed transfers, cancelled cycles, and more is that we should “just relax”. I know countless of us have heard this, along with the idea that if we “just” stop worrying than we’d just magically get pregnant naturally! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Don’t we all wish!
When people tell us to relax or just stop trying or worrying, it discounts everything we’ve done, everything we feel, everything we’re experiencing - and makes us feel as if we’re to blame.
But stress isn’t what’s causing our infertility - our infertility is causing the stress, and it’s IMPOSSIBLE not to have some stress while going through infertility! So don’t beat yourself up or blame yourself in any way. Ever! I won’t hear of it! You’re a rock star and you deserve praise and love and so much more.

The herbal craft is best understood from careful study and honest experience. My vision for the herbs section of holistic psyche is to condense sources of knowledge from my favorite botanical books and current research, to bring the wisdom of the plant world to us in these times when mental healing is so desperately needed. We live in an age of loss of soul, and quick fix pharmaceuticals are not the answer to lasting mental wellness.
It is said that there is an herb for every suffering of humanity, and that is something I believe. In these times there is much fluff information in the sphere of natural healing, and I think that even people who don’t study herbalism can have a deep understanding of how these herbs can heal if they are provided with honest information.
Here is an excerpt from an herbal article called “5 Key Botanicals for Chronic stress” about the adaptogenic herb Siberian Ginseng, one of my favorite tonifying herbs to help with stress. ~
You can check out the full article on link🌲in profile “Herbs for Mental Wellness”
Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus Senticoccus). This wonderful plant is a sedative adaptogen, meaning it helps us adapt AND it is calming. This means it is particularly useful in stage 2 of adrenal fatigue when you simply feel anxious, overstimulated and stressed out all the time. Siberian Ginseng help with hormone balance, and its effects are more neutral than the other ginsengs. Panax ginseng for example is much more stimulating, so can exacerbate anxiety or disrupt sleep if used in high quantities for too long or at night. Panax ginseng is more suited for Stage 3 when you need a kick start or Stage 1 when you just need to power through the stress.
Siberian ginseng helps us adapt to stress- it is best when we feel weak, tired and feel a decreased physical and mental capability. To some this is a general feeling of chronic fatigue or brain fog of a milder kind.
If Siberian Ginseng were a person, it would be a very stoic father who keeps his cool and is well grounded... #natural#mental#wellness#herbs for #anxiety#stress#depression#holistic#psyche

what is bothering you?
Our bodies are amazingly resilient so we are able to cope pretty well with one or two things going wrong. When you have an ongoing condition it can cause other structures to have to work harder which can cause additional problems. However when issues pile up it can be more than our bodies can handle. Lack of sleep, stress, pain and reduced activity all feed off each other and can create a vicious cycle that can be difficult to get out of!
Fortunately when you address the underlying problems, improvement in one area leads to improvement in the other areas.
If the symptoms interfere with your ability to do your usual activities, check in with one of our professional physiotherapists - Link In Bio

Anyway. Morning rituals. Ik deel die van mij met je.
Heb je een ritueel, lukt het om iedere dag en what happens if you don’t. .
Thank you Popular to accept and list my book as one of their Popular's Choice for Feb list. They want to push my book as one of their next round of book promotion. Now you all have another great and broad channel to grab by book. Thank you very much.
Welcome to a brand new series where we will be talking about the latest information on how to improve your AMH levels naturally!
AMH refers to the Anti-Mullerian Hormone. This is a substance which developing egg sacs (ovarian follicles) secrete. The higher the number of eggs remaining in the ovaries, the higher the level of AMH in the bloodstream. Therefore, a low level is considered to be a sign of a low ovarian reserve, i.e. few remaining follicles. This would be normal for a woman who is approaching menopause. Conversely, a woman who has polycystic ovarian syndrome, characterised by the presence of many small ovarian follicles, would normally be expected to show high levels of AMH.
A frequent question is what are AMH levels that are considered low in this context. Very low AMH is usually thought to be an AMH below 1.05 ng/ml, and undetectably low AMH levels are calculated as below 0.16 ng/ml. A low level of FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) can be an additional indicator of a problem with the quantity of a woman’s eggs.
We will be discussing what really affects AMH levels and over the next few days, we will talk about how we can improve them naturally. Stay tuned!
