Siamo già a Dicembre, questo ultimo mese è svolato e tra poco è Natale🤩 e quest’anno ci sarà un regalo speciale in più sotto l’albero🤰🏼🎄

I lavori della nuova casa procedono! Pareti e parquet finiti e i mobili dovrebbero arrivare entro metà mese, quindi spererei di entrare per Natale ma se non sarà così amen, non c’è fretta me la voglio prendere con calma!

Invece prossimo weekend farò un viaggetto ma dove e con chi lo saprete prossima settimana. Vi do un indizio sarà al SUD☀️ Provate ad indovinare magari magari chissà è la volta buona che ci vediamo con alcune♥️

  • [Tag a friend and read below] Destroy what destroys you.... The question isn’t if you’re in pain; that’s a given. The question I’m going to ask you today is what will you do with that pain?

How will you harness the emotions that come in times of distress? 
Pain is temporary, and it doesn’t matter how long it lasts, but something else will take its place. 
Dig deep and embrace your pain; get close to it and let it be the driving force to get to the other side of it. You’re already in pain, why not get a reward from it?

You hold the key to picking yourself back up. Use that pain to your advantage because if you don’t, you’ll stay living in pain.

Go be brave and get to the other side of it. Even if it’s one step at a time.

La pregunta no es si tienes dolor; eso es un hecho. La pregunta que te voy a hacer hoy es ¿qué harás con ese dolor? ¿Cómo aprovecharás las emociones que vienen en tiempos de angustia? 
El dolor es temporal y no importa cuánto dure, pero algo más ocupará su lugar. Profundiza y abraza tu dolor; acércate y deja que sea la fuerza impulsora para llegar al otro lado. Ya estás sufriendo, ¿por qué no obtienes una recompensa? 
Tienes la llave para levantarte de nuevo. Use ese dolor a su favor porque si no lo hace, seguirá viviendo con dolor. Sé valiente y llega al otro lado. Incluso si es un paso a la vez.

Strength is slowly coming back and I'm itching to start prepping for the SFG1 certification.
-
@stpierre.et.al added a nice little adductor ISO with the foam roller to these presses to be a bit more specific to my rehab.
-
Squeezing the roller also helps to create  tension and stiffness throughout the body giving me a more stable base to press from.
-
Taking leg drive out of the equation with the tall Kneel position forces me to find other ways to drive power.

  • We tend to talk about workouts, eating, goals but never about rest days. It is the most important thing for your body, mentally and physically to get rest days. I workout 5 days a week and allow myself 2 rest days from exercising. It’s so important in aiding muscle recovery as well as just plan and simply not getting burned out. Please read the importance of rest days that I found on Heathline. Please don’t be afraid to get some rest. I think for beginners it’s important to spread the days out so that you don’t fall off the wagon. However, if the days have to be together, don’t be afraid to take them. It’s the most important part of fitness to me. Happy Thursday everyone!!!
