Moving around certainly helps in terms of motivation. Especially when the views are adorable.
Also... In a coffee shop, I’ve got strangers holding me accountable for my studying.
Gotta make Becky in the corner over there proud.

What a boy bright!! A former student of Jamaica College, David Rose, has taught himself the tenets of investments. Using his benefits to send himself to University, now this is a story worth telling.
I first came across him at my annual #MissKittyBloodDrive , but I never had the chance to interview him on this level.
Turn the volume up and listen as he tells me and @nicolemclarencampbell on #MissKittyLive about studying, investing and goals for his life as well as how he will achieve them! CAN WE SAY FOCUS? Listen and talk to me!
The start of a big color correction! Swipe to see the before! Jenessa came in with a blue and purple ombré and with blonde box dye on the crown of her hair. I did a retouch to match her natural color in the crown and pulled a few lowlights through the front. Then I went a babylighted the rest of her hair! She is going to come in a couple of weeks for another set of highlights! If anyone has any ideas how to get the fashion colors out of her hair using redken products let me know!! Her goal is to be as blonde as possible! See you in a few weeks! #tspafargo#redken#highlights#colorcorrection#student#cosmetology#cosmetologyschool#fun#joy#happiness#northdakota#local#makeup#blonde
Day 5 of our week of possibilities, time for a party! Sometimes we don't appreciate the (small) successes in our lives. Let's take some time today to be aware of everything that's going on in your life and everything that you've created for yourself.
So share with me, what is there to celebrate today?
I try to focus on all the steps I take and be proud of what I'm achieving or learning. This week I've had so many great reactions about my free give away. And today I connected to a coach from America, who's interested in collaborating! This gives me the energy and drive to keep walking this path I'm on!
Follow my story to see how I create new possibilities this week, and to create your own possibilities every day!
If you're interested in coaching or a free session, just shoot me a message!
Work | Life Balance.
Is it possible?!
For the novice, seasoned, experienced... mastering #worklifebalance is what seems to be continuous challenge.
Through each phase and stage of your career, you will be faced with new challenges that require resilience and the ability to adapt to the immediate needs of the given situation.
I’m sharing my top tips for maintaining stability and steadiness while even fighting through trials and tribulations.
Check them out below.
Play to your strengths and outsource otherwise. Maximize your time by delegating [as you would within your practice setting]. If there is a challenge you are facing that is beyond your own account, seek the source that can see you through.
Prioritize your tasks into important categories... like this:
-Urgent and important
-Important but not urgent
-Urgent but not important
-Neither urgent or important
Become familiar with your prime. Assign your toughest, highest concentration tasks to the time of day when you’re the most productive and focused.
Make “ME” time. If you neglect time for yourself, your family, or your health, there will not be anything for you to go back to. This means allotting set “self” hours. Do everything in your power to stick to this plan. One idea is making exercise a MUST. Ensure exercise is given as much priority as your patients and your other work is. A healthy body means...
-a fresh mind
How do you know and nurture yourself? Do what you love and be realistic about your own capacity to manage your mind and master WORK | LIFE #balance .
Thanks to SOAR for inviting me to speak at the SOAR Summit today and thanks to everyone who attended! I love seeing active, engaged and intelligent young people in our communities & it’s always an honour to chat with everyone about the practice of law! 📚 •
🌈315lbs/143kgs🌈 for a 25 lb PR 🤩
I’ve never been that happy about PRs. Somewhere in the back of mind is always like ‘you can do better, there are girls that lift 500 lbs’
But today, I am gonna let myself celebrate ✌🏻 Whispers *oh yeah* watch to the end for a lil celebration 😂
Thanks @natelui for being my hype squad 🔥
Pre-eclampsia, formally known as pre-eclampsia toxaemia (PET), is a serious condition some women may experience during the second trimester of pregnancy or post-delivery 🤰🏼👶🏼
The exact cause of pre-eclampsia is still being investigated; however, the condition is linked with poor spiral artery formation (picture) which is known to restrict the normal increase in uteroplacental blood flow 🚫
Hypertension (☝🏼blood pressure), fluid retention 💦, protein found in urine, severe headaches 💆🏼♀️and visual disturbances (blurriness) 👀 Just to name a few...
Pre-eclampsia is treated by managing symptoms, sometimes with medication 💊 and👇🏼blood pressure. THE ONLY CURE FOR PRE-ECLAMPSIA IS DELIVERY OF THE BABY 🤱🏼

Yes I was in pain and yes you can tell, but happy with my average speed on the bike and pleased to see 7 minute miles making an appearance on the run #fitterfasterstronger
very grateful #thankyou to my supervisor #professor Andy Guppy for letting me borrowing this after a foot sprain. I fell on the pavement and landed awkwardly earlier in the week so this has been a life saver. The lifts have also become handy 😅
