Białka ubijamy na sztywną pianę, osobno w misce mieszamy resztę składników. Następnie delikatnie wszystko mieszamy łyżką i smażymy na patelni pod przykryciem z dwóch stron. Polewamy kremem i zajadamy ! Jak macie owoce, to z nimi będzie jeszcze lepszy 😋😍

Muy buenas tardes para todos familia dulcera 🙋 que tal su fin de semana?! .
Para hoy vengo con esta riquísima #receta, un PASTEL DE LIMÓN que más que rico ha quedado riquísimo y no solo eso sino que es facilisimo de hacer y muy sano, ideal para hacer un día lluvioso ☔ como tenemos hoy por aquí..

Ya mismo les cuento cómo se hace..
.
>Vamos a licuar los siguientes ingredientes:
.
*4 huevos medianos..
*60 ml. (1/4 taza de aceite)...
*Jugo y ralladura de 1 limón..
*15 sobres de endulzante o 150 gr de azúcar rubia..
*100 gr. de harina integral..
*100 gr. de harina de avena o harina común..
*2 cditas de polvo de hornear..
.
>Una vez tenemos todo bien integrado (Tiene que quedarnos una masa no demasiado dura más bien especita), colocamos en molde (usé uno de 22 cm.)y llevamos a horno precalentado a 180 grados por unos 35 minutos o hasta que al introducir un palillo salga seco. >Dejamos enfriar y bañamos con glase (opcional) si quieren la receta la tienen en mís historia destacadas y si no la encuentran me la piden y se las comparto. .
Y eso es todo, cómo les fije es muy sencillo de hacer, y el resultado está a la vista!! .

Yağ ile h.cevizi şekerini birbirine iyice yedirdim ardından diğer malzemeleri de ekledim.Hamuru oluştururken toplanmasını su ile ayarladım.Hamuru uzunlamasına yuvarladım ve üstünü yassılaşması için bastırıp,dilim dilim kestim.Fırında 150 dereceyi geçmeden her yeri kızarana kadar pişirdim.Pişirmeye dikkat edelim,içinde beyaz un,yumurta,süt ürünü yok.Faydalı yağlar var ve bu yağlar yüksek ısı gördüğünde tüm faydalarını kaybediyorlar 😕Bunu da unutmayalım 😉Herkese kurabiyelerim tadında bir haftasonu dilerim🌺🥳🙋🏻‍♀️

  • Me and the Instagram algorithm don’t seem to be great pals at the moment 😂 it used to really bug me, but I guess there’s only so much I can do, and real life is way too busy for me to worry about it too much! So here’s some blueberry cheesecake slices (for which the recipe is in my book) they’re pretty delicious and deliciously pretty. I’ll leave it at that because my lack of sleep is catching up with me, so I’m heading home for an early night ❤️ happy weekend everyone!

1/2 cup Coconut Flour⁠
1/2 cup butter (use 1/2 cup olive/coconut oil for dairy-free)⁠
1/4 tsp salt⁠
1/4 tsp baking powder⁠
1/2 tsp xanthan gum (optional)⁠

INSTRUCTIONS:⁠
Preheat oven to 180 C (355 F)⁠
Crack all 7 eggs into a bowl and mix for 1 minute until well combined.⁠

Add all of the remaining ingredients, and mix again until completely combined. The mixture will become quite thick.⁠
.⁠
Line a 8.5" X 5" loaf tin with parchment paper, and pour the ingredients into the tin. Level the top with a spatula if uneven.⁠

Bake for 50 minutes, check for doneness once a skewer comes out of the middle clean.⁠
.⁠

Primero derriten el chocolate con el aceite de coco por 45 seg en el micro, le añaden 2 huevos, la cocoa y el endulzante (hay tienen que probar, va a depender de que tan dulce sea el chocolate q usen y que tan dulce sea el edulcorante que usen tb) después en un tupper apto para microondas engrasado y enharinado (yo use cocoa) ponen la mezcla y hornean por 15-20 min) dejen que enfríe un ratito y listooo! 👀: que sea keto o lowcarb no significa bajo en calorías si están buscando perder peso cuiden la porción 🤷🏽‍♀️ . .

I heard these taste just like eggo waffles so I had to give them a try. They are so simple to make and only have two ingredients. Cheese and eggs.

I was a little apprehensive about eating them as they looked really weird... but with a little sugar free syrup they taste JUST LIKE EGGO WAFFLES! 🤯
