End of summer, beginning of everything else.
And yes, yes, yes, that’s sappy as hell, but guys? My man, my partner, my fiancé—he makes the hardest parts of life softer. He’s gentle with me, and strong everywhere else; his love is safety, and inside of it, I get to bloom.
We are so new, but this thing we’re working, this journey, this exploration, this creation of partnership, is so old.
Happy he’s at my side to start another month, (especially one that’s feeling intimidating to me right now).
Time to officially know what day of the week it is- school is almost back in session!
Simple ways to balance your kiddos immune system 👇
1. Lights off. Kids need at least 9 hours of sleep at night! Sleeping repairs damage & protects itself from illness. 2. Exercise. Movement drains the lymphatic systen which is a HUGE part of the immune system. 3. Drink up. Drinking a lot of water helps flush toxins out & improve digestion. 4. Reduce sugar. Sugar lowers the immune system, leaving the body open to bad bacteria growth & viruses. 5. Concentrated fruit & veggie chewables. Whole food based nutrition from 20 different fruits & vegetables in a soft, chewy form. Message me for more details. 6. Elderberry + Vitamin D. Both have been shown to reduce cold & flu symptoms. We use @naturessunshine chewable. 7. Time Management. Stress has an enormous impact on the immune system. Help your child with organization & time management. 8. Chiropractic Care. An aligned nervous system = better immune system.
9. Your words. Your thoughts become your actions. Help them think the best thoughts about themselves & others ! #healthymomprojectcle
This seasonal coffee blend is omniroast! So you can brew it through espresso based or filter for manual brewing. Both are so refreshing! This “Summer Is Ending” coffee is still available during this February and you can find us at @saorsakopi 🙌
We laugh. We sweat. We laugh more.
Love making 30 minutes for ourselves during the craziness of #teacherlife and I especially love doing it with these girls. .
✔️Stream from anywhere.
✔️Grab some water bottles to use as weighs.
✔️Bring a mat if your classroom floor is super gross 😳.
Making time to do this makes a crazy stressful week seem way more manageable. Let me know if you want to try a sample of the barre program we’ve been doing !
Fresh hot coffee and a piece of cheese cake, a delightful combination that we can get at a coffee shop. So this month, we will release a cross-genre collaboration project. Wait for the date! @daylilyroastery X @moire.lbrt X @circle.fox 🙌
