I edited this to emulate a photographer/photojournalist I learned about recently named Greg Girard. I had been thinking about my carbon footprint, the UN climate summit the week prior, and how someone told me that they were depressed to learn that dramatic bands of color at twilight are due to pollution.
The Earth is a beautiful place, and if we want to pass it on to future generations; we have to be willing to address the system itself which drives on infinite growth. This is to say we have a wonderful opportunity to secure a Green New Deal in our lifetime, if we want it.
This is really a beautiful sunset captured 📷 by @theskytoday19. Such an excellent angle. 👌👌👌
Do you feel relaxed just by looking at a sunset photo? Or what's your mood if you can see sunsets in your IG feed? 🌇🌤🤔
Sometimes when it's possible I like to sit and let the world around me stop for a few minutes, and take time to think about everything I have in life, I may not be super rich or famous in life but my wife and kids and friends make me feel like I'm the richest and most famous person in the world. It's really all about the simple things in life. Try to remember that because that's #truth and #facts my friends. Oh and also making sure my hair is #onpoint 📸🤭🙌🍻🤘 #wheresbona
