  • This was breakfast and lunch yesterday.
Breakfast was the same as I had on Saturday, and lunch was sea bass, watercress, rocket and tomatoes with balsamic.
Tea not posted was chicken and mushroom supreme with broccoli and rice. Sunday on plan done ✅ .
Breakfast today is fruit and yogurt so not posting that!

  • Had this for lunch yesterday and forgot to upload it! (Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it) 🙈 tin tomatoes and cheese (HEA) on a jacket spud, it was so nice and something a bit different but will definitely have it again xx

  • Breakfast this morning - I had forgotten how quick and easy the omelette maker is! It means I can make a filling, syn free breakfast whilst doing other jobs to get ready in the morning. 
Two eggs with 25g of 50% reduced fat cheese as part A choice - it’s just over half a portion. 
Melon 🍈 for speed and a black coffee for half term rocket 🚀 fuel 😂

  • Chocolate orange waffle 🎃
HEB + 0.5 for the waffle
4 syns for toppings
Usual waffle recipe with a tsp of orange flavouring, added orange food colouring to half the mix and a tsp of Morrisons cocoa (0.5) to the other, splodged them in the waffle maker and swirled (not very well obviously cause there's barely any orange visible 🤣) left for like 7 minutes til cooked through and topped with sweetened quark mixed with a tsp of the old faithful @sweetfreedomuk choc shot (0.5) and a bar of chocolate from @sweetsandtreatsbycnm (3.5) definitely a great chocolate fix for your syns! And they look so pretty too 😍
