This was such a wild day in Yellowstone. It was the middle of rut season for the elk and there was a fresh three inches of snow. Also it was the middle of September and it felt so good to be playing in snow. I’m glad I was able to spend that day with a good friend that also enjoys the outdoors and cameras.
Later down the trail I found this bench dedicated to a former long time camper and supporter of the county park. It's the only man made thing in sight so it really sticks out. I love how it's just nestled between these two trees so I had to get a shot of it.
I never realized that they built these yurts up here and I'm only nine years late to the party. Once the season gets a little less sharp I think I'm going to rent one of these bad boys for a couple days.
I’ll be the first one to admit that my head is always in the clouds. I lose my phone, keys, and my sanity daily trying to locate them. I dream out loud. My imagination is filled with color and rainbows, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. This self portrait represents who I am inside and out. I lead a black and white life, but inside, I beam color. It can be hard to find ways to express my creativity on a regular basis which is why I love creating these things. Maybe I’ll try sculpting next? All I know is that the rainbow inside of me begs to shine bright every day and I try to let that through as much as I can. What’s your creative outlet? // concept of @b_w_v_t //
