Mamas Dough recipe :
5 cups flour
Enough water till the dough forms into a ball
Knead well then ... get a cup of olive oil mixed with a cup of flour and pour it over your dough and knead well again. Let it rest for 1 hour then form the dough into small balls and let them rest again for 30 minutes each time u form a ball let it rest first or else they will be hard to control. I use no yeast dough but it’s optional if u like fluffy dough u can use yeast but I prefer no yeast .
Filling : 2 pounds ground beef
2 red onions
1 bell pepper Red
1 green bell pepper
Spices of your choice and olive oil 👌🏻
Sauté the meat till form then add your veggies and let it simmer till it dries out and let it cool down before using it on the dough or else the dough will rip and start melting .
Let it bake on 450 till it’s golden on the bottom then broil them for a minute .
