I start a strict carnivore program tomorrow and here’s my food for the week. From left to right:
•STEAK lean cuts nothing too fatty
•POWER SOUP it contains lean burger meat, stewing steak, onions, garlic cloves, bacon bits cooked in bone broth in a slow cooker.
•FREE RANGE EGGS I only eat the yolks and I have them raw the whites go to the dogs
•BCAAS to help with protein synthesis also some pre workout I don’t use it often but some morning it helps in an emergency •OX LIVER
•BACON BITS just incase I get snacky
This is all the food I will eat this week. I will averaging around 3k calories a day. I will be training twice a day a cardio and weights workout in the morning on an empty stomach and a @ddpyoga workout in the evenings.
The goal is to be in the best shape of my life in 8 weeks. This is an all natural and healthy diet absolutely nothing artificial (apart from the pre workout which is not a daily part of the plan) I will heal myself in mind and body using food. This diet is already changing my life for the better now it’s time to dial it in and get serious with this shit 💪🏻
