🔸Когда я пошла учиться на фитнес-тренера, я хотела, чтобы моя работа помогала людям быть здоровее и лучше выглядеть (а также разобраться со своими тренировками).

🔸Поэтому тренировки, которые я провожу, направлены на оздоровление с положительными внешними изменениями.
А если вы хотите на соревнования, то вам не по адресу, потому что я не спортивный тренер, а фитнес-тренер.

🔸Я не стремлюсь к соревнованиям, потому что моя цель не стать спортсменом. Моя цель — быть здоровой. А если человек здоров, то ему открыты все дороги.

  • If you head back to the glute room, you'll see this piece. It works the buns really good. I'll try to show some pieces and their functions from time to time. I know some of the machines can look confusing if you're not familiar with them.

Is moving this Friday and Saturday to
Our new location will be 2410 boardwalk ‼️ We will continue to have HIIT TRAINING CLASSES all this week till Friday night 
Monday the 22nd the new location will be open 
Please come by and check out the new gym it will be up and running and yes we will be adding equipment and making changes along the way so please bare with us. You will love what we have planned 
Still 24hr access gym 
Personal training (with a training room and areas)
Hiit group training classes 
Zumba (in our new studio)

In looking for a personal trainer there are several things to consider to make sure that you are able to maximize your time at the gym, prevent injury and see more consistent results.

💡Credentials: National Accredited organizations to look for are The American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

💡Experience: Practice makes (near) perfect, so a trainer who has been around the block a few times has likely tested and perfected their process for providing the best cues to help you get the most out of every single rep.
.
💡Philosophy: This is subtle - Yet critical - point of differentiation because it can end up making or breaking your experience. How does the trainer develop their program, and on what beliefs will it be based? Ask about philosophy and see if it makes sense for your goals and preferences.
.
💡Availability: Because consistency is key when working with a trainer, it's a good idea to inquire about their schedule. How many clients do they currently have? — i.e. are they booked solid without much wiggle room? Do they book at the same time each week or is more of a floating schedule that changes regularly? etc.
