Fun fact : Back in 2016 my husband & I flew Pop ( my father in law who is an incredible builder) up from Melbourne to help build our vision of a cubby house for our daughters 3rd birthday ( pictured). It wasn’t long afterwards I was contacted by the UK’s Daily Mail to be featured in an article as one of the WORLD’s Top 10 Most Breathtaking Playhouses ✨ . . . Seriously shocked when we woke up one morning and ours was featured alongside famous Sportsmen & celebrities, The Clubhouse was dubbed “effortlessly cool” 🕶 . . . Link on the article in our Bio 👆🏻
I’m eating in the car so the picture is not pretty. When a sandwich tastes THIS good, you don’t need a pretty picture. #theclubhouse

Nothing ever goes away until it teaches us what we need to know.
This is an amazing platform to share, be authentic with others, with ourselves, and offer insight into each others worlds. The good and the bad. Even if it doesn’t reach that many people, it is the shimmering chance that it may help or resonate with someone else’s own reality and daily struggle. Our brain is designed for the physical world, which is a world of singularity. It’s not designed for some to be able to comprehend oneness. We are born whole, without fear. But that wholeness is short lived, due to events convincing us there is something wrong with us, and being socialised into a society that is not fully evolved yet. Without being fully conscious, fragmentation exists within each one of us.
We think of ourselves as having one personality, often at times with contradictory traits. But with realisation our personalities are made up of several different ones. The most dominant are the ones that protect us from hurt, especially rejection and resistance to what is.
At the end of last November, I was unexpectedly crippled by a major depression, after a year of the deepest healing work I have ever invested in myself. Feeling it creep in I was resisting, scared, and dreading what was to come. Describing depression is difficult, but think of a cement block hovering closely over you, you try to get up but the weight makes it impossible, as much as you desperately want to. Think of a filter, imposed over your eyes and awareness, skewing every waking minute and hour into feeling empty, absolutely no joy whatsoever. It is a parasite that takes over your mind, and in severe cases like mine, convinces you have no place on this earth. Christmas and New Year “happened”, I was buried six feet under, watching it. The happiest time of the year was a nightmare. Full of resistance I was filled with fear and in complete disbelief of what was happening, again. As hard as it is to say this (especially to loved ones) my truth is that I wanted to die. Luckily I would, and never could, act on it. But I understand the desperation of those that do.
