  • Do you have a tendency to half-rep some of your movements? 🤔
For the most part, full reps are much more beneficial for muscle growth. The problem is, many of us have such poor mobility (especially on movements like squats) that we literally can't do more than a half repetition.
Being mobile is a vital aspect of health. Not being able to move the joint freely and taking it through full range of movement already icreases people's risk of injury before even picking up a weight and applying load. 
A good pre-workout mobility work increases your range of motion, helps you reconnect to muscles you may have poor connection with, and thus, means bigger muscles in the gym. 
If you want to LOOK better💃, FEEL better 🤸‍♀️, and PERFORM better🏋️‍♀️, prioritise mobility training as your warm up and on your off days. 
Here are my 2 favourites: 'Lizard with a rotation' , and '90/90 progression' (shout out to #MAPS Prime @mindpumpmedia) 👍🙂
