When you have tight abdominal tissues, your organs get compressed by the muscles and abdominal fascia. The abdominal tissues refer pain to the low back and stomach when it’s tight. I’ve found that releasing the abdominals is a way to release the low back and organs. Tag a friend who’s never seen this.

How to roll your rotator cuff [subscapularis]
This technique is great for your subscapularis, which is 1 of 4 muscles that make the rotator cuff:
The subscapularis is a medial rotator of the shoulder, meaning that it rolls your shoulders inwards towards your chest. The subscapularis can give you different sensations of pain in the shoulder and down the arm from trigger points. A tight subscapularis can also give you symptoms of frozen shoulder. -

Anas ibn Maalik (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, "Indeed the best of remedies you have is cupping (hijama)…" [Saheeh al-Bukhaaree (5371)]. Abu Hurairah (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, "If there was something excellent to be used as a remedy then it is cupping (hijama)." [Saheeh Sunan abi Dawud (3857), Saheeh Sunan ibn Maajah (3476)]. The Angels Recommending Cupping (Hijama)
Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, "I did not pass by an angel from the angels on the night journey except that they all said to me: Upon you is cupping (hijama), O Muhammad." [Saheeh Sunan ibn Maajah (3477)]. In the narration reported by Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allaah be pleased with him) the angels said, "Oh Muhammad, order your Ummah (nation) with cupping (hijama)." [Saheeh Sunan Tirmidhee (3479)].

I have often found the preoccupation with "Light" morbid. Personally, I have had phases of this obsession myself. And from those phases, I have learnt one needs to grapple with the "Dark" to even get close to a place of light. Those phases have taught me that there's nothing called "positive energy". There's just energy and what we do with that energy is our choice. The way we channel it, perceive it, work with it. There's no one brilliant point on some particular day, where the "Light" hits one straight between the eyes and one comes out salvaged. Nope. There is no salvation outside oneself, as much as organised religion would like us to believe. To find "Light" one can't pass the buck. One can't believe magic will occur and appear out of some esoteric mountain mist. Where there is "Light", there will be "Dark". And the journey can become slightly easier if one begins to accept that "positive" will always have its other face in "negative". In conjuring the Whole, one has to be willing to look at the Parts. Beginning and End, Birth and Death, Knowing and Unknown, it is all woven together.
This past year has been one of transformation for me.
About a year ago I quit my full time social work job and started tapping into my spiritual self through energy healing and the spirit bridge program.
I thought that soon!after leaving my job, I’d feel better. I thought the depression and anxiety would magically disappear once I let go of what I felt was holding me back.
But they didn’t magically disappear.
Instead, I was dragged even deeper down to face more darkness than I’ve ever faced before.
This past year I explored my past traumas and ancestral traumas in ways I never had before. It was hard. But I was ready. I had created time and space to finally show up for myself. I didn’t realize I had so much buried waiting to be seen and felt.
I’ve felt more this past year than I had in years. Both the light and the dark.
And now, I’ve changed.
I’m now more equipped to do the work I feel called to do. I have more clarity about my purpose on this planet.
The magical alchemy was taking place all along... it just took time. The time was worth it.
I feel more grounded and self-assured than ever.
I feel like I’ve gotten to know myself in a whole new way. .
Once I shed my worries and fears , I created space for what I’ve been working on manifesting all year.
I know there will be more lessons to come.
Right now I’m basking in the vibrations of gratitude for all that has challenged me so that I could learn what I needed to learn to be where I am now.
