Hay guys! So here’s a cutie patootie who I have been helping. Gorgeous girl, in every picture. She was unhappy in her own skin and started on a very low carb low calorie diet. She lost weight quickly, saw results but knew that that was not sustainable for the long haul. We are just friends so she started asking me questions and I tried to show her that food is not the enemy “food is fraaaand!” We slowly worked on bringing her calories back up from around 900 to now she is sitting at 1500. (Need to continue to up it for them booty gains) She is starting to understand how food is fuel and though those low carb low calorie diets may give fast results they really can screw up your metabolism. I have been writing up gym programs for her for the past 3 months, and just really trying to be there for her when she has questions. Whether they pertain to food or her form at the gym. (Which is excellent by the way) Anyway, her body has obviously changed but if you could see the smile on her face change throughout the photos or even just know how her confidence and outlook has changed you’d be amazed. I didn’t include her weight in this because it doesn’t matter. That number is not something I believe should hold any power in how someone feels about themselves or be included in sustainable fitness journeys.
