Not going to lie this was HARD! This was the last superset of my workout and my Glutes were on 🔥FIRE🔥
1. Banded Split Squats!
I normally do split squats on my quad/Glute day but I added the band for extra resistance and ... wow.. the difference 😭
2. Banded Kickbacks! I did 4x15 each leg. Kickbacks isn’t a movement you have to overload with weight to feel the burn. Sometimes all it takes is a hip circle and constant tension!! (Don’t drop your leg enough for the band to lose tightness)
