So happy I was able to spend 4 full days with my daughter (and hubby and fur baby) this past weekend!
Spending time with her makes my heart happy! I see how she's grown into such a beautiful..amazing..courageous..smart..happy.. strong young woman..despite some challenges in her life but never gives up and gets down on herself or others around her! 💚

Our time is so valuable so when you’re going to take the time for yourself, you want to be sure you’re getting the most out of it. That’s why I ONLY offer 1.5 hour assessments at my office. In that time you will experience a comprehensive physical assessment as well as a very important goal setting discussion as it relates to your key values so you can be sure that your treatments with me will be time well spent. And of course, we will start some treatment on the same day so you leave my office feeling better than when you walked in 👍🏼

When we change where we direct our attention, we re-render our reality. This is not woo; it’s actual, studied, and happens quite quickly. A few days of less screen time and you may notice new colors in the sky or trees. Not reaching for a distraction in the lulls and you might remember your dreams or see a new thought bubble up from the depths of mind. A few hours without music or podcasts and you realize what the birds or breeze are up to. (I’ve been doing this and have come to know three different birds that live outside my windows without trying. The cardinal - loud and so rewarding to see - is my new wfh buddy.)
I’m reading a lot about digital minimalism lately. Expect to see more ideas for how to take your time and attention back from the attention economy here, ironically. ✊🧠
