I woke up today not feeling it .. And decided that I was NOT going to workout today because I felt unhappy. I told myself ”Today can be a restday” Even though wednesday and saturday is my restdays this week .. Then my boyfriend told my that he was going to workout and said that he wanted me to go with him. I did. And now I feel so much happier! 🙌🏼💗

  • Those feels when you get told you look slightly more muscular from the back.. I was like really 😂.

Just finished a really really efficient session. Today the focus was on quality with intensity. I think we ALL get caught up with the weight we are using at some stage. I need to sometimes remember I am a bodybuilder that essentially needs to contract muscle perfectly with load.

The last time I competed my back was a massive weakness. This offseason honestly it’s my main priority. The next time I’m dieted down I will be far far improved from behind ; that is a promise.

I like to express my thoughts and goals but I much prefer showing people. It’s easy to talk shit but doing the do is a completely different ball game👊🏻.

1. Deitar-se no aparelho, mantendo a coluna apoiada no recosto, sendo que a curvatura fisiológica da coluna deve ser preservada.

2. Apoiar os pés na plataforma de forma que estes estejam alinhados com os joelhos e mais ou menos na mesma linha dos quadris.

3. Destravar o aparelho, flexionando o joelho até o ângulo de 90 graus.

4. Estender os joelhos, empurrando a plataforma do aparelho, retornando a posição inicial.
