You may be looking at this video and it may not look like these movements are complex. Give them a try. 
Pair them in circuits. There are 8 exercises that you will perform. The first three will be your 1st circuit, the next three your second, and the last two the third one. •Perform 3 sets of each circuit. One shortly after the other with little to no rest in between. Only rest once you’ve finish a whole circuit.

  • Hay personas que entrenan para tener un mejor físico, otros para llevar una vida saludable, en mi caso lo hago por pasión, es un sentimiento por las pesas y todo lo que ello ha traído a mi vida lo que hace realmente difícil que yo deje el gym, es la sensación de romper fibras la que busco en mis días de entrenar.

Hay un mundo enorme en los entrenamientos y en la vida fitness que muchos ni se imaginan  y que yo cada día busco aprender un poco mas, a partir de ahora les compartiré información basada en mi experiencia sobre la vida fitness para que todos los que estén interesados en cambiar sus vidas puedan hacerlo.

Estoy seguro que en base de la disciplina, constancia y cariño por lo que haces, todo es posible, levantar una mancuerna es como una meta en la vida, al principio es pesado y difícil pero con el tiempo se vuelve sencillo y solo buscas una más pesada.

  • Hay personas que entrenan para tener un mejor físico, otros para llevar una vida saludable, en mi caso lo hago por pasión, es un sentimiento por las pesas y todo lo que ello ha traído a mi vida lo que hace realmente difícil que yo deje el gym, es la sensación de romper fibras la que busco en mis días de entrenar.

@neridabint invited me up to @lissome_newcastle @lissome_maitland for a morning of skills and drills at our Performance Workshop and I could not be more proud of all these girls for showing up, jumping right in (and listening 😉) •

We worked on body awareness, quality movement, positioning, gymnastics and lifting. We laughed, we learnt (yep me too 🙋🏼) we listened, we danced and we ate!

8 weeks and a fuck load of calories since I competed at the IFBB Bendigo Classic.

Yes I’ve accumulated a reasonable amount of body fat, but I’ve been able to take my business to new heights, explore new interests and ventures and most importantly - live a good life with healthy relationships.
.
I’ve been able to restore all health markers to a range I’m more than happy with - some better than that of pre-contest.
.
I’ve discovered a new love for training, been able to invest in my clients and their journeys, focus on further developing my skill set and embrace a flexible, balanced lifestyle which truly fulfils me.
.
This is where I’m at - and it’s important we understand that an optimal body composition is not an aesthetic composition, but one at which you’re both comfortable in your own skin and able to live life to its potential.
