wie ist es eigentlich bei euch? Seid ihr eher Team Nachtaktiv oder Team Frühschläfer? 😅 also ich bin definitiv viel fitter am Abend. Man sieht mich auch nie vor 2 Uhr im Bett 😂 im April beginnt meine Ausbildung ( Physiotherapie ).. das heißt für mich... schlafrythmus in Griff bekommen 😴 habt ihr Tipps? Es ist wirklich schwer für mich früh ins Bett zu gehen. Das kennt bestimmt auch der ein oder andere von euch🙄 . .

  • So often I think that people get overwhelmed with their goals because:
1- they are not clear enough and 
2- maybe there’s too many. 
I speak to so many people on the daily and so many women want to be lean but they also want to be shaped and as they say “want to look like they go to the gym”
Ok so I say this to everyone, before stepping into a surplus where you are in a position to gain muscle have a good starting point. Drop all the fat you need to drop then consider reversing your calories a little bit over maintenance and get yourself a good progressive overload program and start lifting! Limit the cardio and only do low intensity ie: Liss cardio - go for a walk for an hour. 
In order to be “shaped” “toned” you need to increase your muscle mass and if you are not doing resistance training than you should. If you have serious body goals then you will join a gym, get a program and maybe even find a PT. Little body weight circuits, booty band workouts and copious amounts of cardio will NOT get you toned! But.....then again there are some women out there who want to be “skinny” no thanks! Each to their own lol... so girls knock yourself out and cardio your life away.... but hey the more muscle you hold the more cal you can burn, the more you can eat and you can maintain being lean in a more sustainable way. And plus being strong is sexy AF! Not only physically but mentally! Break your goals down and tackle one thing at a time. Only you need to be happy with what you see in the mirror every morning when you wake up... are you happy? Ask yourself... if not then go and do something about it seek some assistance and start your journey to reach your goals.

  • So what if I failed one rep, my reaction makes up for it🤷🏽‍♀️🤣

I worked through pin presses, then banded bench again and I just increased the weight until I could barely finish my sets. Well, my last set I only got 5 out of 6 reps, and that’s okay.  I stayed tight and pushed through as much as I could.  The reality of training, failure can and will happen but my mindset right now is just to push myself as hard as possible in my accessories so I can grow! -
