5 THINGS PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME.
I think it's fun to share things that people don't know about especially on a personal level. Although of course there are some things that should be still kept personal, there are some things I want to share.
So here are the 5 things that people don't know about me.
1️⃣ 51% of the time I am an introvert. There's really no numerical value to this but I assume it has to be 51 because majority of the time I gain back my energy when i'm alone and observant. The only time I can become extrovert and really outgoing is when I truly feel someone or a group of people I am with gives off the same frequency or energy. In short, I speak up when I feel a person is also open and authentic to me.
2️⃣ I am an empath. Well there's really no test to begin with to say whether a person is an empath or not (at least to my knowledge). But I truly feel I can consider myself as one because I value people's feelings and I'm a great team player. It's people first.
3️⃣ I am not good at multi-tasking. I'm not really good at handling multiple tasks. I'd like to work on one task before going to the next and put my 100% attention to something. I don't really know if this is a good or bad thing but at least it's good to know what i'm capable of doing.
4️⃣ I sometimes suffer from loneliness. YUP! I'm not afraid to say this because I know someone might be feeling the same way too and I want you to know that you're not alone. Since I am an introvert, I usually like to keep my circle small but sometimes I crave for love and care.
5️⃣ I'm an emotional type of guy. Not many people know this because they only see my aggression in lifting weights but when it comes to my personal life, I can be quite emotional because truth be told I always like to give my 100% in everything - career and relationships.
So there you go! I'm happy to share these 5 things with you. Nothing really special but I find it fun 😂

SUGAR ALCOHOLS ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Asking for YOUR experience with sugar alcohols (even if you aren’t a WLS patient). I have noticed that I am bloated 24/7 and craving sugar like CRAZY. After doing a lot of research it seems like sugar alcohols are the culprit but I want to know how have sugar alcohols effected you?

Yes to this 🤗 to get to this I workout, I eat well (most of the time), I don’t drink anymore (I used to and it had an awful effect on my body and mind), I keep active, I travel and experience things outside my comfort zone, I learn every day, I continually develop my knowledge as a person and as a professional, I read and I practice self love. Yep, self love. Because it’s OK to like/love yourself! It is also OK to dislike something. Work on it, make it your challenge. Don’t focus on self doubting though, focus on all the positives there are whilst changing that little thing you don’t like. It’s also OK to distance yourself from people, situations and environments that affect all of the above. More self love, less negative self talk 🙌👐🙌👐 #yesyesyes#selflove

it's a fundamental skill to practice weekly, helps different kind of athletes to learn how to connect the body from the bottom to the top and how to stay explosive under fatigue, but if you're not a powerlifter there is No reason to lift too heavy;😫 We should never loose right alignment and speed with powermoves,Ego lifting with quick moves could cause you many troubles that we all want to avoid,so keep the brain in the game and challenge yourself with something different!!
