Tried something different and just ran. No watch, no overthinking, no distance tracking, just running. One lap around our local lake is roughly a mile so I did 3 laps and called it 3 miles. Was it really 3? 🤷🏻♀️ How long did it take me? 🤷🏻♀️ Did it feel good? Hell no, that sciatica is as angry as ever 🤣 BUT it’s done and I’m 3 (ish) miles stronger so I’ll take it 💪🏻
