Aber jede nur so kleine ungesunde Lebensweise die ich ändern konnte bis jetzt macht mich glücklich und stolz. Abnehmen ist eben einfach so viel mehr als nur weniger zu essen und Sport zu machen- man muss sich aktiv mit sich selber beschäftigen und ehrlich zu sich sein. Aber der Weg lohnt sich und glaubt mir - man fühlt sich danach stärker als je zuvor 💪🏽#selflove

У нас  сегодня день начался рано, поспали всего 2 часа😴. Ложась спать поставили сразу несколько будильников⏰ с разницей в 5 минут, чтобы наверняка не проспать, потому что такое тоже практикуем🙈 
Но мы без приключений и уже в Москве.

Завтра у моего ❤️ старт, а сегодня регистрация и свободный день. Будем гулять и отдыхать. И день был бы вообще прекрасным, если бы у Саши сегодня не был самый сложный день на сушке😬. Вроде сегодня и загруз, но рацион весьма ограничен и это далеко не ресторанная еда, ну а самое сложное, то что почти нельзя пить. Ну а я стараюсь по-максимуму поддерживать, потому что с осени помню как это. Хотя конечно от Капучино☕️ не удержусь.

  • REFLECTION 🌟 Today was a day of nerves, self doubt, testing limits, reflecting and feeling grateful. Today was more than spending the day with my man and his Dad to travel and make our way up Bealey Spur Track. The nerves and self doubt came with agreeing (last night) to hike this track - 6km up and estimate of 2.5 hours up. So many thoughts about not being able to do it and slowing them down. Testing my limits came with hiking the track, physically feeling fit and good in myself and pushing myself when I needed it. The 3 hour return hike (1.5 hour each way) and travel gave me an opportunity to reflect and be grateful for all that I achieved not only today but in my journey. 7th May will be 2 years since dislocating my knee, a year ago last month I walked Mount Iron in Wanaka (5km loop) and I remember the struggle. Since then I have lost about 30kg, a total loss of 38kg of which my weight now fluctuates. I had time to reflect on my journey and be grateful for so many things but most of all be grateful for me for making a change. I am learning to love myself and be better than who I was yesterday 💞

  • Progress post🙌🏻💇 so back in January Emma started a color transformation on this beauty 🧚‍♀️💕 starting point was pink with a deep violet root which our client has had for a long time! Emma done most of the hard work in 2 previous sittings of lightening the hair in stages to get to our goal. So yesterday I got to create a rooted affect and was able to achieve a cooler result no it’s still not 100% where we want it but we are nearly there but look at how good the condition is🙌🏻 major team work #transformation #hair #hair journey #ontheroadtoash #coolertones ☑️ disclaimer ....I have been taken my photos lately on portrait mode with an iPhone 8+ it blurs the background and focuses on the detail I use no filters or lighting I also cropped the photo a bit because I bit off my nails and they uuugly 🤣

  • I can't sleep since my nose is stuffy. So I just finished up the last couple chapters of this book I was reading. I loved it. I have a hard time grasping Awareness and letting things pass through you. I think a lot of us do. But there are so many other great lessons to get out of this book. I feel so much more at peace after reading it and have so many more things I want to put into practice from what this book has inspired in me. I am all about constantly growing in life. Every single day, I want to be better, more open, my appreciative, more enlightened, than I was the day before. And the only way we can do that is to constantly put in the work on ourselves no matter how far you have already grown. I was proud of myself that I already put into action a lot of the things discussed in this book (which I learned from prior growth and time on myself).   • Pregnancy update:

I prepared my body for this pregnancy, I was my fittest when I fell pregnant. Our cells have a memory of our lifestyle & we pass that on to our unborn babies, so what we did to ourselfes before pregnancy matters too!

For the last 4 years I stopped smoking, drinking, eating sugar, processed food (exceptions aloud of course) and worked out 2-3 times a week. 💖
We are almost at the end of the 6th month, entering 7th month of pregnancy thursday.

The first three months of pregnancy I couldn't workout or eat as usual. I was in survival mode, feeling sick all day long. I would go for walks as often as I could and do light weights for about 30 min.
🤷🏼‍♀️ Once this feeling faded I got back to the gym with no plan, I just did what I felt like doing. I got back to eating paleo mostly & felt immediatly better. Less reflux ecc. Since a few weeks I'm back with a schedule & feel so much better!

It is so important to follow a plan,  I felt my strenght coming back so fast. Diet wise (apart from eastern) I do paleo & trying keto these days. I took about 5-7kg until now & I feel good carrying that extra weight- I feel it's mostly fluids & some fat which will be useful for breastfeeding. 🌹
I'm not worried about how I'll look after pregnancy because if you know how it's done you'll get there with time & consistency. And to me exercising & eating clean is a lifestyle & something that pleases me.

Since losing weight I have always struggled with stubborn fat on my back, even when I competed and I was at my leanest it was still hanging about - covering up the muscle

3 weeks of hard graft, an adjustment in diet and a little more knowledge than I previously had (thanks to my coach), has meant a noticeable transformation and a happy girlie ☺️
