I’m back, I’m blonde, I’m not spammed 😂 y’all this past week has been CRAZY.
1.) I accidentally died my hair brown.
This just goes to show that a hair dresser does it better 😂🙈
2.) I had a CRAP ton of spam and someone had the nerve to threaten me by spamming me more until I paid them (I’m dumb but I’m not that dumb, ya know?) 😂
3.) I finally have my hair close to what I had before and lemme tell you, it was NOT worth it.
Wanna know what I learned? No matter how planned your life is, you have zero control over what happens in the next second. I’ve had terrible nights of anxiety, depression, horrible thoughts but yet Jesus reminds me that I don’t have to feel that way. He died for that. I am cleansed, I am beloved, I am not forgotten even when I feel so.
I’m memorizing Colossians, little by little but It speaks upon the centrality of Christ and it just has my heart melting. This section has nothing to do with me and my problems, it speaks upon him and his perfectness.
It’s a beautiful reminder of how great God is and how small I am (and my problems are) but he looks upon me and sees nothing but perfectness. It’s weeks like these that remind me of his perfect truth and displays itself even more 💛
Transformation Tuesday on the kitchen. Because Instagram isn’t chronological so you’ll probably not see it until Wednesday anyway

Reporting from Friendcation with a quick #transformationtuesday ! I’ve been a little MIA - busy exploring New Buffalo, MI with my pals and hubby.
Been working hard to enjoy myself, stay active, have some treats and overall just keep a good balance.
Have all my choices been A+? Nope. Do I regret that? Maybe a little. I’m not beating myself up about it, though.
Here’s the thing - I’ve been at this for 18 months. I’ve lost 138 pounds. Giving myself a little grace at this point - a little flexibility - is ok because it ensures this lifestyle is sustainable. I know what it takes to get back on track. I recognize how important is to that as soon as “vacation mode” is a wrap. I also know how important it is to make sure I’m saying “no” to some things so I can say “yes” to others. Fighting the instinct to say yes to EVERYTHING.
While I’m writing this, I’m saying yes to Doritos. I’ll probably say yes to ice cream (again). But I’ll also say yes to running in the morning, drinking water and not beer, and walking to dinner instead of driving.
And when I get back, I’ll say yes to getting back to business - back to blue dot days. Yes to progress and new milestones. (And yes to ice cream, sometimes 😉)
Transformation is more than just physical... 🙏 17 VS. 23
-I’ve always been a genuinely happy guy that loves to crack jokes and bring a little joy to other people’s lives. But just like many other people I had my demons, moments of depression, and feelings of just being straight up lost in life.
-I would hide a lot of my true thoughts and emotions from my friends and family simply because I didn’t want to be seen as weak and I knew that there were many people who are even less fortunate than myself.
-with the information I’ve obtained over the years I’ve often thought about how I wish I could go back and tell the “old Andrew” to swallow his pride, embrace your emotions, and open up to those who truly care for you. But I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and I’m just blessed that I was able to find my drive and finally have a sense of belonging. .
-much like weightloss, this doesn’t happen over night. It takes work, patience, dedication to own up to who you are and what you can be. And all it takes is that first step 💪
🚨THIS IS A WONDERFUL TRANSFORMATION BODY!😍.
-YOU CAN DO IT TOO!👊 -

#timegym#transformationtuesday#saludable#salud#vida#energia # #piernas#enfoquetotal

Blessed and honoured to be a part of her journey.

It has been a while since I have posted an update. I am currently hitting the end of my plateau (I think)and am happy to see such crazy results in just 5 weeks! Im currently down 65 pounds for the year, 45 of that in the 5 weeks since surgery. It is crazy to think that when I lose 35 more pounds, I will have lost a total of 100 pounds! I am currently at the lowest weight I can ever honestly remember being even since 8th grade... so anything after this is all new territory!
