🔷 You won't drop 2 jeans sizes in one day or lose 50 pounds in a month (it took me a year and a half to lose 50+ pounds) .

🔶 You will have good and not so good days .

🔷 You will skip workouts and eat junk food instead .
🔶 Your weight will fluctuate up and down .

.🔷️ You have to be READY...this is a LIFESTYLE NOT A QUICK FIX .

🔶️ You will go over your Points (I've had weeks I was -500 weeklies) .

🔷️ You will have days/weeks or months when you don't track...but you are a WW for life no matter what ❤

🔶️ You will be Positive, Patient and Persistent .

It took me 19 months to lose 50+ pounds and become a @ww Lifetime member 😊🐢🎉 I have maintained my weight loss for 2 and a half years 🤗 .

🔶 -33.4 pounds my first year .

🔷 -20 pounds my second year .
. 🔶 -56 pounds with WW -68 pounds total from my heaviest weight .

I am happily at target!!!!! And I am so pleased I am!!!! The second photo is from when I first made a transformation post to now - god losing 8lbs makes a lot of difference !!!! ⁣(swipe to see it)

I’ve had a few messages that I’ve inspired people to start eating healthily, start slimming world and working out!! I love it !!! I’m so pleased that I have done so!!! ⁣
