The second the sun set in this paradise all the hanging lights turned on and I was instantly transported to a new Zion.
These lights were so pretty that I wanted to stay there walking by the stores and restaurants all night long along the shore line.
It was a life changing night. Go walk by the beach and see the difference.
I become very cautious while posing and that's why Candid shots kinda work for me.
And the interesting part is these kind of photographs come without any instructions. You're like talking to someone while giggling about something... You don't have to even know how you are looking or what's the result of that one click...you're just being you. That's what capturing a moment should be all about... No?
Probably was taking a nap at the sundeck of our Cruise in Halong Bay when my official photographer cum travel partner clicked it.
Exploring Northern Thailand’s most beautiful scenery in an industrial mask. Why?
An academic has called on the government to declare a state of emergency in Chiang Mai and most of Thailand's northern provinces over 'disastrous' levels of smog.
Residents in the north are advised to stay inside air-conditioned buildings and avoid all outdoor activities as some areas of Chiang Mai recorded levels of PM2.5 - particulate matter fine enough to enter a person's bloodstream through the lungs - beyond 700 micrograms per cubic metre (µg/m³) of air.
At the time, the air quality reading was 450pcm. In Manchester UK, our air quality reading is approximately 60pcm. Anything over 100pcm is considered unhealthy and dangerous! I couldn’t breathe. It was disastrous. I also couldn’t see the beautiful mountain ranges or 20 metres in front of my face because of ‘burning season.’ Burning season is a time when the farmers burn the excess left over from their rice crops. And sadly, even when prohibited by the government they still burn because there is no other alternative to get rid of the waste material, even in 2019!
Cute as they are, they are not made of marshmallow.
If only they were, nobody would have a problem with newborn chicks that are dyed in brilliant colors — neon, Fruity Pebbles, pastel, Crayola box — to serve as festive Easter gifts. The dye is either injected in the incubating egg or sprayed on the hatchling, and while poultry farmers say it is harmless, many people object, saying it turns live birds into holiday playthings that are quickly discarded.
Sold for 10THB, which is approximately 25p - I wanted to buy them all and set them free. Poor 🐣
The Tiger Cave Temple is a Buddhist temple north-northeast of Krabi, Thailand. A sacred site, it is known for the tiger paw prints in the cave, tall Buddha statues and the strenuous flight of stairs to reach the summit.
The temple complex was built in 1975 and history says that a giant tiger used to stroll around in the jungle and inside the cave (Tiger Cave). A monk who was meditating there always heard him roaring. Today, at this place, visitors can find various beautiful Buddha and tiger statues and can watch the monks doing their rituals and prayers.
