Cape Town is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. I am jealous of those that get to wake up everyday to these views 😍 I visited @tablemountainca yesterday and got my entire life, it was breathtaking to say the least! 📸: @asiadoesit

some just see a bikini;
but others see a background, middle ground and foreground with cohesive hues of blue. 🦋
I couldn’t hide my excitement (okay maybe a few tears) when I read Monick's story on @humansofny yesterday, I had to gush/comment about #Vanuatu . Each one of the special olympics posts have been nothing short of amazing, and I love that the HONY platform also highlights places like Vanuatu.
I spent a week in #Vanuatu last year, and as someone that feels things deeply, Vanuatu absolutely won my heart. This island nation of ~270,000 were the warmest and most curious/engaging people I have EVER met in my travels.
They wondered why this Nigerian woman would come all the way to their country (by herself), and they asked. My answer was simple: I found out about Vanuatu only 6 years prior and I just had to see for myself, and it exceeded my every expectation. It took a few years but I made it.
I haven't been everywhere but I know that there are so many untold stories, and lesser known places that are equally amazing. •
This is why I travel and share: to share these stories of places and people, to satisfy my own curiousity, to inspire others to explore, to challenge my idea of 'normal', to bring the world closer to anyone that isn't currently able to travel.
If you've just found me…Hiiii, I'm glad you're here, THANK YOU! A vanuatu recap is in order over the next few posts.
But first tell me, when was the first time you heard about Vanuatu?
This was one of the least extreme activities I did but just as exciting. Up to 90km in speed and 360 spins!

|| #TBT Take me back on di road to soca land. Trinidad Carnival was everything I imagined + more!!! I felt right at home between the soca neva stopping, the rum forever flowing, the fetes continuously on repeat and everything made my heart full! I can’t wait to be back next year to do it up and do it better...let the countdown to Carnival 2020 begin!!! 🍫 || #TUESDAYMAS#TrinidadCarnival2019

The first day of spring just passed and we are already dreaming of summer.
Whether it is hot and humid or scorching and dry we'd prefer heat to cold on any day of the week. That might be why we're such big fans of hot yoga. If there is an opportunity to be in the warm room we'll take it!
Even our choice of vacations is linked to the sun. As much as we love to travel, the idea of spending our holiday bundled up in a place like Antarctica isn't attractive. Give us the Sahara desert in Egypt instead.
Morning! I think it’s so cool that artists utilize their platform to see different parts of the world and reinvest their money in experiences and other businesses. Just a little morning inspiration from Dolph! Happy Hump Day! #dontatme#lnsapproved
Diani Beach, Kenya •
Jacaranda Indian Ocean Resort • March 2019 •
I’m back in the States now after over 25 hrs of travel from the very spot I took this picture. 45 min drive and ferry ride to Mombasa airport from Diani Beach, 1 hour flight to Nairobi, 7hr flight to Frankfurt Germany, and 9 hr flight back to Dulles. All worth it in the end. So many things to reflect on from this experience. I’m going to figure out the best way to share some of the things I learned from this solo trip that could possibly help out someone thinking about doing it for the first time. #dianibeach#stampcollector#blacktravelclub#blacktravelfeed#blacktraveljourney#travelnoire#solotravel#kenya
I have got the best view!!!
One of the only four palladium bridges of the world, this is one of the best gardens I have ever seen.
On the other side, I have reached 1k family. Thank you all for you love.

Looking back on my last trip to NYC. Is there anywhere you’re looking forward to visiting this summer?
