I went to Macau just to:⠀
1. Sweat a lot, ⠀
2. Eat Lord Stow’s egg tart,⠀
3. Lose 40 HKD in a sloth machine 🎰,⠀
4. Convince the security guy that I’m old enough to enter the casino,⠀
5. Do sightseeing 👀⠀
All in all, my friend and I had a good time 🇲🇴 ⠀
They say all roads lead back to Rome, but maybe all roads lead back to you ♥️

Where I am today is where I’m supposed to be. I get so wrapped up in trying to play catch-up in my life that I forget that this is my spiritual journey and mine alone. ⠀
Recently I’ve been putting energy into becoming the best possible version of myself. That means eating healthy, exercising, meditating, working hard towards my goals, getting to bed early, choosing kindness and compassion as often as possible, reading up and gaining more knowledge on my field of expertise, budgeting/spending wisely, and networking just to name a few. ⠀
But sometimes it also means listening to my body, mind, and spirit and taking care of myself by slowing down for a minute. Learning when to say no. Learning when to say yes. Breathing. What are some things that you do to be the best version of yourself?
Sunrises are such a interesting time of day. You’d think the world is waking up and everything is coming to life, but the reality is that everything is so still, so quiet and the only thing that changes is the swelling of your heart as the warmth starts to fill the sky.
Ps. This was moments before I got yelled at for sitting on the steps 😜
Hip Hop's Generals, the Wu-Tang, say: you live by the sword - you die by the sword. Russian Prince👑, Alexandre Nevsky, looong before Wu-Tang says: he who comes to us with the sword - shall perish by the sword 🗡 .
The sculpture at the Winter Palace🏰 kind of says: we didn't ask for it (war), but here goes.
This sculpture - Glory in the Chariot of Victory - was erected after Napoleon's numerous troops had vanished in 1812.

Travel opens your heart, broadens the mind and fills your life with stories to tell. .
When visiting the Dolomites we decided we wanted a nice hotel with great spa facilities. (Hotel cristallo is the best place to stay)
Here I have a story that I will never forget. .
Visiting the spa we enjoyed the views of the mountains from the infinity pool to the sauna. We came across a steam room and it stated no swimsuits! Being abit confused we looked in to see everyone completely in their birthday suits (naked). I have visited many spa's in my life but I haven't come across this before. Looking at my husband to see what he wanted to do he said "come on why not" so we stripped down and walked in. At first I was a little uncomfortable but in the end I enjoyed it being free and a story I could tell my friends about.
Have you ever experienced anything you want sure about and then enjoyed it?

One of the most beautiful experiences while travelling is to learn about cultures and the lifestyle in different countries.
While #couchsurfing in Eua I spent a beautiful weekend in the bush. This picture is taken on this weekend.

My darling husband loves to visit the different regions of France with me and these photos are a reminder for me of the beauty of Bourgogne after the harvest 2017! .
Everyone told us that the season was particularly beautiful and we were very lucky. .
I think the most fun we had was driving through the Vineyards and when we arrived at the most expensive climat #romaneeconti we were allowed to taste some left over grapes after the harvest!
This year I was thrilled to share this beautiful region with my #walkthefrenchtalktours group. .

I feel like it’s been a little while since I’ve done a personal post so here’s a few things you may or may not know about me: 🐚 I have a scarf brand based on my aerial and underwater photography. It all started from when I ended up living on a boat in Cairns, Australia (called Reef Encounter, where my job was to help the guests on the boat in order to dive five times a day). I now sell those underwater prints in a boutique called Discover at Cairns airport. ⚓️. I grew up by the beach, in a seaside town called Bournemouth, England which is where I visited my family this August on holiday, I like to go every year for a few weeks as it helps me feel connected to my family & heritage. 🇬🇧😊 🗺: I’ve decided to go into business with my sister to create custom luxury items for businesses and luxury resorts. Previous clients include resorts in the Maldives, such as @amillafushi , beauty brands such as @revlonanz , local Sydney business, @iccsyd and recently boutique hotel @_halcyonhouse . We also help artists bring their work to life like @artbyduff & @janemorrison_scarves More to come! She will be based in London I will be in Sydney. ➰If anyone is interested in the custom work, please contact me I’m always interested to put some ideas together and make a proposal for you.

Peaking around a pillar, as I walked through centuries of history. The Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba is perhaps one of the most visually impacting structures i’ve ever seen, and with good reason. A combination of early Christian, Moorish, and medieval christianity, every brick is steeped in history and mythos.

So, there we were on the Icefields Parkway, in front of Athabasca Glacier, in June, in a snowstorm! Epic! 😉
