Well, persistence, strong level of complexity and acidity, all elements pleasantly present in this natural wine, which has yet to mature to be even better. A Further period of refinement and an optimal consumption temperature Will limit Its edges. Congratulation Paolo!!
It is an explosion of white flowers and fresh fruits in the mouth, also exotic ones, then Field grass hints and green pepper; on the palate it is fresh, elegant, aromatic, of medium body and long persistance. Loving it

“Bianco Conestabile” @viniconestabile from Umbria is a white blend of equal parts Trebbiano & Malvasia. Spontaneous fermentation, aged in neutral containers (cement, steel, fiberglass) with no sulfur additions and no filtering or fining @selectionaturel 🍇

🍷: An oxidative presence embodies and illuminates this golden yellow wine. Very aromatic and complex nose of yellow apples, ripe apples, baked apples, nectarine, peach, nuts, almond paste, brûlée, dried white flowers maybe honeysuckle, toasted sesame 🤩

  • Trebbiano d’ Abruzzo 2011 prodotto da Azienda agricola Valentini, un vino che non ha bisogno di presentazioni, da bere eventualmente in diversi fasi, periodi!!Infatti oggi vi parlo del Coravin, questo prodotto che ho scoperto di recente durante il #coravinwinejourney!! Una bottiglia coravinata può durare anche più di un anno, il gas non rovina il vino! Lo protegge, chiaramente dipende molto da come si usa Coravin, dalle condizioni del sughero e come si tiene il vino!! ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

In fact, today I talk about Coravin, this product that I recently discovered during the #coravinwinejourney !! A coravinata bottle can last even more than a year, the gas does not ruin the wine!   • It’s been a fantastic weekend here in Abruzzo at @castellodisemivicoli, a Baronial mansion built in the seventeenth century who has been acquired and entirely restructured by Gianni Masciarelli and Marina Cvetic in 2004. The best part of this trip is definitely the time spent with Marina Cvetic who took over the management of the estate when the legendary winemaker and husband of Marina, Gianni Masciarelli passed away in 2008. The wine that I most enjoyed so far has been their Trebbiano Castello di Semivicoli made by the Trebbiano vines you see in the picture, it has a vertical character, a great sapidity and freshness.. just perfect for this summer days!

Sound familiar?! Sometimes? Great sub-£15 white wine I’ve been sipping on since discovering in 2015. A refreshing blend of #Vermentino, #Trebbiano & #MoscatoBianco from Tuscany, produced by the cult winemaker & artist @bibigraetz. This is Bibi’s entry level wine which he also does in Rosso (red). Bibi also produces a number of premium & critically acclaimed labels including: Soffocone (£35) Testamatta (£90) & Colore (£300+) - look out for these (especially if someone else is paying😋) *approx average RP above*

Back to the Casamatta - 
light-medium body, with refreshing with citrus🍋green apple🍏& yellow flower notes. Bright acid⚡️& incredibly appetising. Paired perfectly on Friday night with heritage tomatoes & burrata served with tapenade & balsamic glaze (thank you @mattfoyn)

I’ve always felt a strong connection to Bibi’s wines since visiting the winery in 2015. I had a tour of the estate - which is in the most idyllic hillside setting just outside Florence by a magnificent castle🏰...& I had the opportunity to meet Bibi himself.   • Italijansku regiju Emilia Romagna možemo nazvati svojevrsnim gastronomskim rajem. Regija je poznata po proizvodnji sira, pršute i mnogih drugih poslastica, ali i po vinima sjajnog kvaliteta. 👌

Više od 55 000 hektara zemlje nalazi se pod vinogradima, a osim dobro poznate sorte Sangiovese u ovoj regiji nalazimo i sorte kao što su: Malvasia, Trebbiano, Lambrusco… Kao i u mnogim drugim italijanskim regijama crvena vina su najbrojnija, ali i penušavim vinima se poklanja posebna pažnja. 🍷

Jedna od najautentičnijih sorti ovog podneblja je Lambrusco, a pojedina vina nose istoimeni naziv kao i sorta grožđa. Iako postoji mnogo različitih tipova penušavih vina, slatko penušavo vino Lambrusco je jedno od najpoznatijih. 😁

Lambrusco takođe ima visok sadržaj ugljen dioksida što ga čini veoma osvežavajućim i pitkim vinom. Kod penušavih vina, na etiketama izraz secco  se koristi da ukaže na suvo vino, dok se amabile koristi za slatko vino. 🥂
