Today I played a game of Truth or dare, so I did catwalking in school building😆

So I did a thing today 😬🤷🏼♀️ Life and stress got the best of me!
After lunch, I ate a cookie AND icecream 🍦🍪🤦🏼♀️😬😱🙄 and not to mention, it was with an amazing latte! But, guess what?!?! I enjoyed it GUILT FREE! And THAT’S OK! I am so far from “perfect” and I’m so tired of seeing women freak out 😫 when they live life and enjoy things like this!!! That’s why I love the FASTer Way lifestyle. It’s about FOOD FREEDOM 🎉👌🏼🙌🏼 no more beating yourself when life happens. YOU control your food and not the other way around.
So yea, I did a thing today (and not on leg day 😱😳🤣) 🍩🍪🎂🍨☕️ and the world didn’t end.
